First, let me say I am a Samsung fan and have been for years. This is a great match, first with my S7, and now with my newer S8 Active. Favorite feature is tap to pay. I am not very into the fitness stuff and thought this to be a good balance between fitness and smartwatch as I lean to want more smartwatch and some fitness but not all like some others. Also, my first one had a small dead spot in the screen, best by made it easy to exchange quickly with no questions asked, and also replaced the screen protector I put on the original for nothing. If you on the edge about this go ahead and jump off the cliff with no hesitation

Product was out of stock day I went in -- even tho I called to see if item was available -- they said had 3 in Stock when I called. Second time, they were in Stock but they were very busy and it was 25 minutes before I got my watch. Associate was helpful and was apologetic for the wait. I was offered a warranty and declined. The watch was working 10 minutes out of the box. Easy to sync with my Galaxy5 and easy learning curve. Don't throw the box away -- it can be turned into a charging stand. Make sure you set a lock pin for the watch. Easy to set up Samsung pay and have three cards set. You need to go online to get the full instruction manual -- so read it because it is helpful. Youtube is helpful also. Have had watch a few weeks and will report back at the 3 and 6 month mark.

Enjoy this watch far better than my Apple watch, much better looking and works far better. Using this watch with IOS and it works perfectly, better than my Apple watch.

Was looking for a smartwatch and this one has all the bells and whistles. The turning dial to interact with the watch is a game changer. Samsung pay is way better than android/apple pay. This watch pairs really well with a Samsung phone, but not as well with my Pixel 2 XL.

I liked the styling and the interface with the apps, however the heart rate was very erratic. It looked to be very durable however was not waterproof for continuous swimming. All in all a little expensive for what you get.

I've had this watch for a month now and so far, no complaints. It does all the things as described without lags. Samsung's huge choice of watch faces is a major plus.

I think it's great! The screen has a great display, stays synced with your phone nicely. The battery life is good, I can go a few days until I need to charge.

Overall good watch. Trying to get Rasch notification to show separately. Nice look and feel.

I bought this for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it. He's into fitness and it helps while he's working with calls and texts. he never takes it off except to charge

Birthday Gift for my son who is in college and working an internship. He loves the watch and makes it easy to keep up with his text, emails and phone calls while working and attending summer school. It is nice you can easily change the band to make it casual or dress up for work.

Excellent smart watch, meets all expectations. Lots of functionalities and well sync with my Samsung Galaxy S6 phone. Only reason for 4 starts is due to some issues with internal GPS tracking failures since purchased, currently through online troubleshooting with Samsung's support.

I really love this watch. I tried the samsung s2 when they first came out and didnt like it, Ive had a Fitbit charge, and a Fossil Q. This is so much more and through time and refined software updates is everything I hoped for in a smartwatch. declining calls on the file, knowing when someone is at front door with alerts from my Ring to my watch. and paying for things right from my wrist are all very satisfying to do from a watch and not to have to remove the phone or wallet from your pocket. I do feel a little silly when I answer and speak into it,( as I have been called dick tracy by a co worker ) but it is a good feature in a pinch.

This is my first smart watch and I love it. I have it synced with the galaxy s9 plus. By changing the watch face, I essentially I have a new watch. Worth every penny!

I am impressed with the versatility and different applications that are available with this watch. When you run or walk it talks to you to give you vitals every mile.

This watch has a lot of nice features. One I didn't like was if you have it set to answer calls, it will always answer through the watch as a speaker phone. I had to turn that off. You can use Samsung pay through the watch but haven't tried to download Google pay yet.

I got this watch for my husband and he loves it. Great looking watch with a lot of different downloadable faces to make it look unique to your liking. Very Happy with this watch!

I really like the watch so far. It is lacking in a few pivotal features that I think should be included, like a flash light mode and phone camera control. You can find a lot of good third party apps for it but most cost $2 or so. Hopefully the feature list will continue to grow. I love the fitness reminders and the step counter. I am currently using a Pipboy Fallout 3 style face but there are many good free options. My biggest complaint is probably that I cannot easily reorder the shortcuts for the widgets. It looks like I would have to delete them all and add them in the order I want and hope I don't change my mind later. It is trivial but frustrating. Samsung pay can take a while to process and so you have to awkwardly hold your wrist to credit card machines for several seconds sometimes. But it does work, to many vendors surprise. I have had a hard time finding card companies that work with it. Of my 7 cards I have only been able to add 1.

I love this watch. The text and call featutes work great, and I love all the notifications I can get on it. Dismissing on my watch dismisses the notifications on my phone, which is great. My only complaint is that my watch always thinks I'm trying to voice command. I don't push a button or say any particular phrase that sets it off, but somehow it always says I didn't hear what you said please repeat the command or something similar. Its really annoying and embarrassing when you are in a business meeting and your watch starts talking to you.

Awesome smart watch. And incredibly durable. I work with my hands and it gets banged against stuff here and there. Not a single scratch. Only think is the text back feature always seems to have an error and samsung pay doesn't work quite right. I'm confident it will be patched

I've had this for about a year now and it is still working great. Love it, just wish it had a higher memory because I put music on it for Josh but it isn't a big issue
