My fiancé loves his smart watch. Good quality. Good features. He banged his watch a couple of times and there are no marks on his watch. Still looks like new.

Choose this watch because of its design and specs. It has tons of awesome faces, more than my asus zenwatch3. Needs to have better function with whatsapp.

We purchased the watch as a replacement and are very satisfied with it, the only issue is that the black metal can get scratches and the previous generation was better in that sense but battery wise it's much better last longer before recharging.

it has really good health tips and prompts from Samsung. the auto activity tracker is great. the heart rate monitor works very well during sleep at night , whatsup messages and photos appear no problem, the speaker for calls and listening to music is great and loud enough. auto dimming works pretty well, but not always. biggest issue is that if you fill it with extra apps you battery will barely last 2 days, but if you are sensible and use it as a smart watch (vs music player all day!) I can consume only about 25% of battery in 24 hrs, and it charges pretty fast so taking it off and charge whilst showering is all I ever need to do each day. the glass is strong easy to clean and scratch resistant which is good but the bezel is not that robust and gets scratched very easy. that is my only complaint. never dared to try the waterproofness yet....

Excellent product. Battery life is good. It looks like a regular watch but it is smart. Great for use with "tie" clothes or sport clothes.

I bought this smart watch for my husband who was against a smart watch. I know the main reason was those rounded square screens are just not attractive and so obvious (he's a tech guy that doesn't want to admit it). This watch is great! It looks like a high end military grade watch. He is active duty and this watch looks like it was made with a military uniform in mind. All of the features that a smart watch comes with, are just the icing on the cake. Note: the watch comes with a small and a large band. If you find yourself needing a medium, it is a separate purchase.

My wife bought me the watch mainly for monitoring my sleep patterns but it can do so much more and looks great. I even got a few new bands. Love the watch.

I love the Samsung Pay feature. I have been using it for about a month. The only issue i had was i had to delete one of my cards and install again because the watch kept saying it was not connected to Bluetooth. I was able to use my others card.

This was my first Samsung smart watch. Having owned a Samsung Fit 2 for 2 years, I wanted to upgrade. Best Buy had this watch on sale, so I gave it a try. The look is very upscale, however, the band is very stiff and bulky, I have a narrower wrist, and it seemed large on me. The features were similar to my Fit 2, but the extras that come with a smartwatch, such as being able to make calls, reply to texts, etc. all worked nicely, however, the watch responded slowly and sometimes seemed to bog down. That is the only reason I recommend the 46mm Galaxy watch over this one. If you don't have the money to purchase the more expensive Galaxy, then you might be happy with this one, however, if you can buy the 46mm Galaxy, then I would say to do it, as the performance is better.

This watch has been amazing. Goes days without needing to be charged. I use it every day to respond to texts answer calls even control my music

It's very easy to set-up, love that I get my notifications without having to look at my phone and can answer calls thru this watch. I just don't like the band, gets dirty easily, so glad I can purchase a leather one, it's easily replaceable.

Easy to use! Plus it looks like a real watch and not like some toy. Battery life is good! Syncs very well with my other apps. Good fitness tracker also!

Great watch with pretty good battery life. No issuse with sync with note 9. Samsung Pay is amazing works everywhere credit card is accepted.

This purchase has been very polarizing. I have both a love and a hate for my purchase of this watch. As a long time Nexus line user, I am very used to Google integration into everything. My current phone now is an S8+ which is not limited like this watch as far as Google integration. I have also owned other smart watches in the past such as the Moto 360. For the overall quality of the hardware of this Gear S3 I would give it a rating of 5 stars. The screen is bright, controls easily and very fast response. Not to mention I get up to 4 days of battery even with near full brightness and always on display. For the software side of the Gear S3 I regrettably must give this a 1 star. S VOICE is horrible, barely has any functionality at all, most things come back as one form of error or another, it is just terrible. Overall if you are used to doing things through google on your watch like checking sports scores, using google maps etc, steer clear of this watch at all costs. Sadly I majorly regret this purchase every time I go to do something useful on it :( I have learned my lesson on jumping on the hype train and will do much greater research for my next purchase, I just don't see how anyone considers this a great watch when it lacks so many of the features that make up a truly "Smart Watch"

Our son had a Fit-Bit Blaze that stopped synching shortly before it was a year old. Previously the Fit-Bit HR band broke after just 8 months! We definitely had more than enough Fit-Bit disappointment to change brands to the Samsung Gear S3. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! This watch has a boat load of additional features, is extremely accurate and very intuitive to learn to use. Our son is far happier with this watch than he ever was with the Fit-Bit line. Check into the great many on-line Samsung reviews of this product and you will see consumer satisfaction.

The Gear S3 is truly a good watch with advanced features built in the design. It's easy to use & go days without needing your phone or to recharge.
