The best battery life ever, so easy to use. Previously I had the s2. This has much more personality. I get so many compliments.

Most smartwatch releases I've seen always seem to have some major flaw (moto flat tire.. etc). But Samsung seems to get it right here. It has a round design so it blends in and has that classic watch look. It's a huge plus that this watch plays well with non-samsung phones such as my pixel. -Battery life is great -Health monitoring works well -Design is sleek -Uses standard watch lugs (hooray for no proprietary watch bands!) My main con is the same one I had with the gear s2, and that is app support. Tizen isn't exactly the most used system out there so its kinda hard for Samsung to entice dev's to work on it. I really hope this changes in the future, but right now it's the main thing holding this watch back from 5 stars.

Beautiful watch with many types of watch faces to choose from. Full charge lasts a few days and syncs well with my galaxy 7

Got it for my SO, she loves it! A big upgrade over her Moto 360 Sport she used to have. Works great with her Galaxy S8+. Battery life is very good (3-4 days versus barely 1 day before). It also has a speaker and microphone so she could take calls on it (something the Moto could not do). She also enjoys using the watch faces' bezel to navigate through the interface. I do wish it was Android Wear versus the Samsung OS so it was more open but so far that hasn't been a problem in day to day use.

This watch is perfect fit for me. I love the fact that the heart monitor is accurate and I can sync the watch to my work place work out challenge. I changed the straps to a leather one and it fits very well, no issues. I really wish it has mobile date connection. I do not see folks say it is too bulky, I disagree with that. I have seen watches that are bigger and bulkier than this watch. I have tried the apple watch on and for the price, I would say I prefer the Frontier S3.

Where do i begin? Battery life is excellent. the quality of speaker and mic are amazing. The watch looks and feels great. The turn tile is a great feature especially if you're like me and had finger smudges. the UI is good, the s voice is a little lack luster. (it works when it want too) over all performance is great. the fact that you can to the voice to text and have a digital keyboard on the watch is great. i wish it was water proof. it is however water resistant to a point.

When smart watches first came out, I laughed and said "I'll never get one." But, I changed my tune and am in love with this thing. PROS: 1. Battery is awesome (used from 0530-2100hrs and it still had 70% left)! 2. Bezel works very well 3. Very easy to use 4. Plenty of free watch faces -- I can change it to match my tie at work (attached a picture to serve as an example). 5. Design: It "looks" like a watch 6. NFC Payment: Works great and now I don't have to put all that time an effort pulling out my wallet or my phone. Yeah, I am being sarcastic here, but it is pretty nifty. 7. Comparing to Apple Watch Series 2: Both are excellent watches and both seem to offer essentially the same functions. Wife has an iPhone and I compared the two and didn't notice much difference CONS: 1. Size -- but to be honest I knew about this going in and the size offers more battery space 2. Memory: Out of the 4GB advertised, only 1.5GB was available after initial set up/updates. Most apps are very small though (we're talking KB's, not MB's). OVERALL: Very impressed thus far. Think this would be a good fit for entry or upgrade.

I am really loving this smartwatch. It looks really professional and the battery life is excellent. It lasts 2 days without charging it so I do not worry about battery life thorough the day. It is also very durable. I was playing with my niece and she threw up over my arm and got a lot on the watch, but I went to the sink and washed it off and there are no problems with my watch. I highly recommended for active people or those who want one that looks like a normal watch.

I've had this watch for going on a year now and it is amazing! I have never had an issue with it and the software updates just keep getting better and better. I use the Samsung Pay feature a ton and never fail to wow the cashiers when it works on legacy readers. They always tell me, "that won't work here", and low and behold it does. Battery life is so-so, but as long as you keep it synced to phone or Wi-Fi, or shut it down when it's not, it will last an entire day.

When shopping for a fitness monitor, the associate also showed me the Samsung Gear S3 watch and walked through all of its features. Martin (the associate at my Best Buy in Portage MI) was very knowledgeable was able to compare and contrast the Gear S3 with the choices and it became clear that the S3 was going to be my best choice, I wanted something that would do the fitness tracking but also allow me to keep my phone in my briefcase while in business meetings and still be kept on track by being alerted to up coming appointments. I also like the ability to respond to text messages through the watch. The voice to text has been a little unpredictable but overall it has worked very well. I use the silicone watch band while working out or just wearing casually but I purchased a more professional looking black metal band for work (third party) and a protector for the watch face. I travel a lot and have found the watch to be a great tool for exercise and business. Wish it had a thumbprint recognition feature as the digital pin process is rather tight for my fingers. Overall , very pleased with the purchase

After looking around for the perfect gift, I stumbled onto this watch. Easy to use, durable, and fashionable.

Durability, function & design were the main features I was looking for & in that order when researching smartwatches. This watch fits the bill perfectly! My work takes me outdoors in all environments & weather. It's survived rain, mud & dust! At the end of the day, I rinse it off & continue on. It functions well from the wrist without having to pull my phone out of my backpack. This is a big plus when considering some of the conditions I would be in if I needed to take or make a call, checking for an email I was expecting or even sending/receiving a simple text. At the same time, I'm able to track my fitness & weather. The best part, I'm able to access the watch's features without taking my gloves off!. The design in my opinion is beautiful! It has majority of the features I would like in a smartwatch without looking techy. It bears a rugged yet subtle look. It can be worn at work & easily transition to accessorize your evening outfit. Took me awhile to find a watch that I'd be satisfied with in design & function. Great job Samsung!

The rotating bezel is the bomb. This greatly facilitates navigating watch menus, adjusting the volume of the speakerphone, etc. The display is crystal clear and visible even in the brightest sunlight. It doesn't have that annoying dead space at the bottom of the display. I was worried about having to push a button to activate the display, but no worries. Simply moving your wrist upwards to check the time is usually enough to turn the display on. At first I configured it to always have the display on but then discovered I really didn't need to. Next, charging the watch means placing it in a dedicated charging cradle. A magnet holds the watch in place, and charging is "wireless" from the cradle to the watch, although the charger itself is plugged in, of course. This process works well, but that means you can only charge it on the cradle (no directly attaching a cable). You can purchase another cradle to keep somewhere else, which is pretty handy. What about apps? Samsung has an increasing number of apps and watch faces you can download from their app store. There are some interesting ones like a simple navigation app that ties to the phone and even a weather radar. Many are free, but some of the watch faces have a nominal $1 or $2 fee. (The one in the picture is my current favorite) I love to switch these in and out. Fitness applications for the S3 may not be as robust as you would get through a dedicated fitness band but impressive enough for me nevertheless. My heart rate data, step count, and activity levels are logged backed to the Samsung SHealth app on my phone. It even records my sleep patterns and gives me a pretty decent summary of how much restful vs fitful sleep I've received.

So far I'm a big fan. I'm an IT professional and this watch def. keeps up with me. It's got solid battery life (much better than Apple watch) with a lot of features. I love the Samsung health app. It's very easy to use and accurate. I like it health stuff more than fitbit. I'd say my only complain is the metal ring bezel around the glass takes damage easy and scratches quick. It keeps the glass safe but you can see the wear on it. I upgraded my band of amazon for $15 and I get compliments on it all the time asking what kind of watch do I have. You won't be disappointed with the device, text, email, weather, pay... it all very easy and fast on this device.

I am a police officer, and I am hard on watches! Two officers that I work with wear this watch and highly recommended it to me. The tactical look and feel along with the durability of the watch face is what I was looking for! Glancing at my watch to see an incoming message or phone call instead of pulling out my phone makes life so much easier! The only drawback I have is the lack of apps on the watch. Hopefully more apps will come over time.

Yes i said it The gear s3 Frontier is indeed one of the best watch gadgets out right now. Very nice design, fit and feel. Awesome display and best of all super great battery life that last 3 days and still running. This is by far the best smart phone companion that does exactly whats needed when needed. I suggest everyone who can afford a fear s3 frontier to get one asap and enjoy the ease of convenient daily use. Thanks for your time #insidersgears3

This watch has a Simple interface with rotating bezel that adds class. It offers easily replaceable 22mm bands that you can buy from anywhere. As opposed to other smartwatches this watch has a battery life of around 2.5 to 3 days. From durability perspective it is Water resistant. I am a big fan of Samsung Pay and this watch also supports it. The Tizen OS that it comes with is bug free and smooth and works great with my samsung fone.

Great features and very customizable. Battery last a long time. Get lots of compliment on its look.
