So much better than a regular watch. Keeps you up to date when not able to use your cell..

I am thrilled that they gave back the ability to make and receive calls from the watch, however, it's heavy and bulky and not a very good selection of apps plus you're only allowed to have 15 apps.

I use the Samsung Pay function all the time, a few clicks, put the watch next to the card reader, transaction complete

I have had this for a few months now. I love it. Had the S2 before this and the battery life on the S3 is amazing.

You pay for what you get, its a tad expensive but is practically a phone on your wrist, does just about everything

Such an amazing watch. I got this watch and it replaced my Apple Watch. The screen and battery life is like no other.

Works fairly well with a nonSamsung Android phone if you do some tweaking. The basic Android messenger texting app will not send messages to the watch, but an app I downloaded Textra does. Email works well, although I found it too annoying to get my 100 emails each day giving me a phone alert. Works well at answering phone calls and letting you talk on watch to answer calls. I find it to be a convenient way to get important text messages when at work without pulling out a phone and staring at it. I would be concerned about info I read about coding problems which make the watch vulnerable to hacks. For this reason I have not downloaded any apps but find the watch suits my purposes.

I bought this for my husband and he just loves it! It does everything he needs in a Smartwatch and more!

There is no doubt that this watch has a massive number of features and to call it a watch is not really descriptive of what it can do. I wish the battery lasted a little longer and gave a slightly earlier warning of low level to allow better scheduling of recharging. I would have given this 5 stars but for the fact that the Samsung rep who was supposed to demonstrate the functions knew a lot about phones but not nearly as much about the watch, thus learning all the capabilities has been an expedition into the unknown. Definitely worth waiting for a sale to buy new rather than reconditioned. If it has reliability I will view this as a very good purchase.

This thing works great and has had no issues. Great looking and easy to use.

I like how it synchs with my galaxy S7 via blue tooth or Wi-Fi. I can answer calls, text messages and read my email. I use the samsung health app. All activity (calories burned) recorded on the gear S3 transfers to the phone, but not all activity recorded on the phone transfers to the watch. Calories burned doing exercises such as treadmill, exercise bike or weight training recorded with the phone doesn't transfer to the watch. Also, I used exercise bike recorder and after 10 minutes of exercise, the watch shows only 3 calories burned. I changed to the same recorder on my phone, it showed 70 calories burned after 10 minutes. I gave 4 stars because of the discrepancies of the health app.

Decided to give this watch a try to go with my Samsung S8. I already own a Moto 360 2nd Gen that I love. I really like the bold look and feel of the Gear S3 Frontier. The ability to scroll through the menu with the bezel is great. The selection of watch faces is nice as well. Battery life is easily 3 days. My only concern is with the OS which is Tizen instead of Android Wear OS. I find the Wear OS has more function with the apps already on my phone and reacts better than the Tizen OS. But the additional features on the S3 Frontier make it a winner. Even using the watch as a speaker phone while my actual phone is charging across the room is great.

So far I have had this watch for a little over a week. Works great. Battery lasts about 2 days. Wish the bluetooth range was a little better. Easy to transfer files from phone to watch.

Purchased this watch for my boyfriend he loves it. Let's him continue whatever he is doing without pulling out his phone. Very durable he can be a little rough with watches at times. Great buy

Had a Gear S2 and wore it practically every day. About 2 years in, the bands broke. Geek Squad refunded me and I bought the S3. I've been very happy with my new watch. Does everything the S2 did plus more with GPS and phone calls. Tracks exercise activity, messages, email, and tells time! Syncs with my Galaxy S9. I think they're going to discontinue the S3 if they haven't already. Got a good deal on it after Thanksgiving for $199.
