Bought this Samsung - Gear S3 Frontier Smartwatch just before going on vacation and it worked perfect! The watch flawlessly connected to my LG V-20. It immediately connected to LG health with no issues. I did download Samsung health and gear apps to fully utilize the smart watch features and have not noticed and more battery drain than usual. The smart watch can easily run for two days on a charge. I'm still learning the limits of this watch, but being a truck driver with hands free restrictions is much easier with the ability to instantly see texts and e-mails to determine if I need to stop and respond or just send a preset reply from my watch. The smart watch can easily connect to two Bluetooth devices so I can use my Bose ear buds for music while walking and still answer my phone if I receive a call. Samsung got it right with this smart watch!

It was a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and he loved it! He always wanted a watch ( yes he never has had one) and he loves his Frontier Galaxy watch. I was debating between the Frontier or Classic style but I went with the Frontier. The watch is fast charging and comes with a cool side stand for the watch. It is easy to use. Overall best gift for someone who loves Samsung.

Not many people seem to wear watches these days - and it's no wonder since for many it's just as easy to glance at your cell phone as it is to peek at your watch. This is where the Gear S3 excels - it gives you a good reason to wear it on your wrist. This smart watch is feature packed and delivers lots of goodies. You get expected features like a large selection of watch faces, ability for receiving text messages & notifications, ability to answer/place calls, fitness tracker functions (pulse monitoring & step counting). There are some nice surprises also: It is water resistant, has an excellent battery life, and the Samsung pay feature lets you store your favorite credit/debit card information and pay by holding your watch up to almost any credit card reader - this always causing amazement in the checkout line. It even has its own built-in GPS.

At first i was skeptical to purchase this smart watch bec its samsung and i’m using an iphone not an android phone. It might not be completely compatible. But, i decided to get one bec accdg to BB rep it will still work with iphone but its limited to only receiving notifications, receiving emails but not send, messages (only receive but cannot send msg), calls, S health and watch faces. Now, i don’t care with those limitations as long as the watch is absolutely capable of tracking my activities esp my running. Above all, you can get all kinds of amazing watch faces for free. Its like having different piece of watch every single day and i’m enjoying it. And, the cool thing about it is you can answer and make calls from your watch. Plus, the kind of materials that they used is not cheap and the screen resolution is clear.

Great accessory to my Samsung. Get alerts, make calls, text check emails and weather. Definitely would recommend. Battery lasts about 3 days

Being new to the "smart items" game I wasn't sure how many of the features I'd actually need / use on a daily basis. The ease of changing watch faces was fun, but I never thought I'd enjoy all the other features as much as I do. The Fitness Tracker is a great reminder to stay active. I use Samsung Pay thru the watch for EVERYTHING now too and it's so great not reaching for my phone or wallet at the store. Battery life is decent (I have to recharge it every 2 days, but the recharge time is VERY fast and if I just charge it at night it's always full when I need it. I'm still learning which apps work through it, but so far nothing but great experiences with it. I highly recommend for those that were "intrigued" with adding a smart watch to your list - it made me a believer.

Really liking the s3 Frontier. I actually purchased the Galaxy Watch, but honestly couldn't get past the silver/shiny look. I tried. Loved the build quality, though, so went with the s3 Frontier instead and glad I did. the recent updates brings it up to the Galaxy Watch features as well. I don't need a watch I will swim with or submerge into water for long periods of time, so that feature wasn't as important. Happy with it! It's a bit heavy, but I'm good with that. I do find that the heart rate monitor does have a little trouble keeping up during some workouts and lots of arm movement, but it eventually catches up and it's not a deal-breaker for me, Like the Tizen ecosystem and Samsung overall. Got it on sale too, so added bonus!

I was a little skeptical in buying this watch but after reading the reviews I decided to buy it and very happy that i did . Great smart watch easy to pair with my phone, apps are very good , charge is ok so far it's last about 3 days with face turned off , first couple of days I tried it with the always on feature I was charging it daily. Overall very satisfied.

I really like my frontier s3 . I work in the culinary industry so that means stay away from the phone " bacteria issues" that's where my smart watch comes very handy. I see everything what's going on on my phone ,that includes texting or answering calls. Battery life is good , it last 3 to 4 days with regular use. I am really happy with this purchase!

I purchased this watch because I moved to a new job. I love this watch. I don't have to carry my phone with me all the time and I am able to still make and receive calls. I don't like that my phone navigation does not show up on the watch and navigation system the watch offers is not the greatest. I do get about 2.5 days of use before needing to charge.

I have had this watch about a month now and so far still very happy with my purchase. Watch will last about 2 to 2 1/2 days on power saver mode or about a day and a half in regular mode depending on the watch face selected. Lots of options and easily interfaced with my S8+ and has lots of apps that can be downloaded for use. I really like the alarm function that will gently vibrate on my wrist to wake me up. This is a feature I use daily along with the Samsung Pay that allows me to not have to pull out my wallet every time I check out somewhere. It is also nice getting alerts when I have text messages when my phone isn't right next to me. I still have the stock band but it is nice to be able to replace the band with multiple options including a medal one with a clasp.

Dare I say the Gear S3 Frontier is better than an Apple Watch? I find myself more inclined to wear the Gear S3 everyday whereas the Apple Watch would only come out from time-to-time. Battery life is amazing. The UI is a little quirky, but once you figure it out, it is pretty easy to use. Great looks, great features and great price equals great value!

Cant explain how sweet this samsung gear s3 is. Wireless charging, you can answer calls with it. Built in mic & speaker. Call quality is clear on both ends. Crystal clear screen. The rotating bezel makes using the watch so simple. Battery life is amazing depending on how you use your watch. Looks great highly customizable. And i highly recommend it.

its on the bigger size if you don't like big watches this is not for you. getting the size out of the way, battery last longer compare to the gear s2 classic, Bezel feels way smoother, the speaker is something the i wished my gear s2(wifi version) had. now i can have sound and vibration notifications. over all is a better watch compare to the previous gear.

I've owned the Gear S2 for years and loved it. So I wasn't sure if I needed to upgrade to the S3. But boy am I glad I did! It seems to be almost the same watch mechanically. With most of the same functions, which is great. But the Larger size and weight gives it a much more luxurious look and feel. I actually love everything about it including charging it. I can spend hours trying out new features and searching for new watch faces. Which makes it always feel brand new to me. I proudly wear it daily and constantly field questions about it. My favorite features are the email and text notifications. Also the find my phone feature (which I use a lot!), and the ability to control the music player. There are many other features that I love but the brightness and clarity of the screen blows me away every time I look at it. I'm very happy with this watch and have already purchase a second one in the Classic design. To me this is the best smart watch on the market. Thanks Samsung!

I got the frontier with sports band. I am an ultra runner and run trail races. I found the watch very useful in many ways. I like the water proof feature so I can run comfortably in the rain. The battery is quiet long lasting and I charge my watch once in 3 days. The sensors for heart rate, steps, caloric expense are all very useful and work well.

Easy to use. Battery last longer. Would definitely recommend.
