I have just traded up from the Gear S2 Classic to this Gear S3 Frontier. I love that I have the ability to talk through the watch, instead of having to get my Note 8 out. The battery life has been great, I can go 3 days without charging. The watch is well balanced on my wrist, and the band seems very durable. I also like the altitude function.

Great battery life. Fitness tracking is terrific. The watch face selections are nice. Can be used with iPhone or android. It is a tad thick and difficult to get under a long sleeve dress shirt, but other than that, no complaints.

I have had this watch for a year and 4 months now and the battery is still just amazing. I can easily get thru two to three day of use out of it. I am in a busy factory all day for 12 hour days. It gets all of my text messages and company emails right on it as well as Facebook and messenger and snap. One day if I have all of the settings up, brightness high, move your wrist to turn on the watch, and vibration on every notification so as not to disturb any one in the room. I typically charge this when I just go to bed. I want to recommend this product, although let me warn you if you do get this watch, you are going to feel totally lost the day that you didn’t put it on before you left the house.

I waited for my first Samsung Gear S smartwatch when it was first announced, I just love the watch and I still have it. Now I bought The Gear S 3 Frontier, I have watch the reviews on Utube and how to best make use of the watch . I am still not totally aware of the functions I enjoyed on my first Gear, but I am sure I will finally learn it,

I recently moved to a Samsung Galaxy S8. I have enjoyed the experience So I thought I would give the Gear S3 a shot. Design wise the watch is awesome. I really like the look and feel of the watch. The software is really good from what I can tell after a couple of weeks of use. There have been a couple if issues that are not user related. One issue is the the heartbeat monitor not very accurate So would not put a whole lot of faith there. The other issue is that I can be driving down the road and the watch will auto detect me cycling... Weird right? The interesting part is that now distance is recorded So it only halfway monitors. I have not tried it actually cycling So can't speak on that. Overall I would definitely buy again. Battery life is a full 2dys under heavy use.

Great device so far, great battery life, great customizable options. It will take a couple weeks to learn everything about it.

The gear s3 amazing it is very stylish and yet easy to use.

Great looking display, very bright & it's great to be able to change the faces. Unfortunately using with Apple phone, but that's my only option. Great to get text and phone notifications on the watch. Would like to see some better health app using the heart rate sensor. Apple watch seems ahead here (at least with the app). Seems very rugged so far (2 weeks of use). Battery life is usually bet 59-79% at the end of the day, so I could definitely use this for more than two days without a re-charge.

Awesome watch, easy to use, easey to set up. Very stylish.

Purchased frontier wifi edition, works well and pairs with Samsung phone. Limited on useful apps, but wanted it for notifications, email, and other Bluetooth features. Works good as fitness tracker. Easy change bands transform it from sporty to dress quickly. Believe in time better apps will follow. Battery life with avg use 2.5 days

Samsung Gear S3 Frontier is the best choice out there for anyone who is looking out for an Android Wear SmartWatch. Its not as expensive as an Apple Watch but does anything and everything anyone would expect from their Smart Watch. If you have a Samsung Phone its a cherry on the top as it sync's in really well. Its worth every penny.

Bought the watch about a week ago, set it up in the Best buy parking lot. Very easy, but be patient. You may have to select continue a couple times on the watch during the setup. Other than that, easy as heck. Battery has been lasting all day with about 80% left at the end of the day so far. I am a bit dubious as many of the other reviews said it would not last this long. I am running with virtually everything turned on as well. I never setup the fitness, but got off the elliptical last night and the watch congratulated me on a good elliptical workout. Kinda cool. I wish I could find a good GPS app for it (not golf). I probably just haven't looked good enough though. Overall, best watch I have ever owned. Not saying much though as my previous best was a citizen.

I currently have it paired with an iPhone and I love it, it's a very easy to use interface and works great for all my needs. Waterproof up to(50 meters I believe) so it's more durable than my old Apple Watch. Going from an Apple Watch Gen 1(that costed me more money) this watch is vastly superior in every way. It offers more fitness options, it offers much better watchfaces with 3rd party options that have a huge selection to choose from, more freedom to go from an iPhone to an android or visa versa so you're not tied down to their products only. It's just a fantastic item that I have thoroughly enjoyed. Currently with my settings I get about 2 days of battery life as well. It's just a great product.

I am in Love with this watch. I am involved in direct patient care so I don't want to pull my phone out to get messages , but I still want to be available to other health care providers and my children. The ease of getting notifications make this a great product by itself. Add in the best fitness tracker I have found, the music controls, the on board memory, speakerphone options, Bluetooth compatibility and the many input options to respond to texts, the voice controls, and the navigation bezel and all the other bells and whistles and this is the hands down best peripheral you could get for your active life. My only negative is the limited application catalog, but even if it never progressed beyond what I use currently it would still be worth it.

Received this watch as a gift. Love that you can choose a watch face that meets your needs whether that be a digital, analog or both. There are lots to choose from the Samsung store. The watch syncs well with my Samsung Note 9 phone. I can see who is calling without taking my phone out of my pocket. I can even answer the call through my watch. I really love the convenience of using Samsung Pay through the watch. Everything works as described. There is only one feature I cannot get to work correctly and that is the Barometer feature which isn't accurate. Another great thing is that I can order watch bands from other 3rd party vendors and they are a breeze to change and looks great!

Great smart watch as it does everything as advertised. This was a huge improvement over the Gear S2. Not only does it look better, but the sub par bands on the S2 have been redesigned and are more durable on the S3. Samsung Pay is amazing on the watch. I highly recommend as an upgrade, or as a first time smart watch buyer.

I've been using an Apple Watch since 2015 and before this S3 I was using a Moto 360 (2015). The S3 Frontier is far and away the best smart watch I've ever used. It does everything and some things I didn't know that I wanted it to do. Pair it with my Galaxy Note 8 and you've got a match made in mobile technology heaven!

I bought this for my boyfriend for his birthday. We are android users and he loves it! I have a smartwatch from MK and I'm lowkey jealous of his now. I wish they would make it a bit smaller for small women. It is bulky but that's fine because my boyfriend is a tall guy. looks great on him. I definitely recommend it.
