I loved this watch. It worked great, until it got wet. It is advertised as being able to get wet however, as soon as it did it quit completely. I couldn’t get it to turn back on. I was just past the time of being able to return it to Best Buy so I contacted Samsung directly. They had me mail it to them and they sent it back unrepaired saying it had gotten wet. We tried to argue that their ads say you can get it wet but they refused any help. Very unfortunate because I really liked the watch otherwise.

I purchased this as a valentines present for my husband. I dropped subtle hints about the watch well before the purchase and he wasn't too thrilled about it. However, I knew he would love it so I purchased it anyway. Needless to say he absolutley loves this device. The only issue with it is that the bevel does scratch easily, Everything else about it is great!

This is a great watch. The features are easy to use. The design is beautiful.

Bought two, the first I bought at another retailer and the battery went bad within the first week. Second bought at Bestbuy and it last at least 4 days with minimal use. I only use my watch for phone calls, messages and ocassionally for my steps. I don't use the heartbeat sensor as well as other apps that run in the background which I feel optimizes my battery performance.

I'd buy it again if I had to the battery lasts a long time

This watch really is almost perfect. The turning bezel is the best way to navigate through a smartwatch, the Tizen interface is easy to master, and this watch is as feature packed as they come. The only thing that keeps this from being perfect is that S-voice is nowhere near as good as the Google voice commands on Android Wear. Hopefully an update will help change that.

This watch does so much. My cell phone doesn't get used much anymore.
