Excellent build quality. Little bit bigger than I expected. Took some time to get used to it. All in all very good value for money. If you have android phones especially Samsung devices, then you dont have to think twice if you are looking for smartwatches. Go for it!!!

Great watch poor customer service

It is advertised as being able to get wet however, as soon as it did it quit completely. I couldn’t get it to turn back on. I was just past the time of being able to return it to Best Buy so I contacted Samsung directly. They had me mail it to them and they sent it back unrepaired saying it had gotten wet. We tried to argue that their ads say you can get it wet but they refused any help. Very unfortunate because I really liked the watch otherwise.
