When i first purchased this watch I was iffy about it because it messed up days after, but that was due to a defective watch. The new watch I received was much better quality and loved all the features about it! Overall it was a great item with the exception of having to had return the defective one but otherwise great purchase for what i got.

Great product, unobtrusive to use, easy to configure, reasonable battery life although sometimes it will only last a day and a half instead of the two days i'd expect, that said I do have every feature turned on. NFC payments are awesome!

Upgraded from the Samsung Gear 2 Neo. This watch is a great upgrade. The screen has a high quality clear picture. Talking on the watch is clear. Controls are good, once you get used to them. Watch itself looks great.

I have loved this watch! I was a little frustrated when I first got it because I wasn't able to answer texts/messages from my watch. But I had to get a new phone so I went with the Samsung 9S+ and now I can use the watch how I want to. The watch is HEAVY so it took me a little while to get used to the weight but now I don't even notice it.

I bought this watch for my husband as an anniversary present. He's a real techy guy and he loves it. He wears it to work and even though he works outside the watch does not get scratched. Now I'm thinking of getting one for myself.

Let me start out by saying I wasn't sure I really needed a smartwatch. However I love Samsung products and they did a fantastic job with this watch. I couldn't be happier. If you have thought about it buy it you won't be sorry.

I usually do my cardio on mornings and this will keep track of all calories, distance and steps. Also keeps you motivated, it notifies you when you have been sitting for too long on the office so you can take a walk or stretch

Purchased this smartwatch for my dad as fathers day gift and so far he has loved it . Little bit of a learning curve for a 70yo but he is getting the hang of it . So nice of a watch I'm really thinking of getting me one also !

Got it for my husband as a father's day gift. He had apple watch before for a few years, features on that one were good but did not look like traditional watch. He really likes it and ability to choose different watch faces.

I love this watch. Having many features of apps such as GPS, messaging and even taking and making calls without having to find or reach for my phone has been great. There are so many features that make everyday life more convenient.

It has nice speaker great audio when on a call . Easy to use !

Does what I wanted it to do :). Impressed that its a all in one that can do so much ...So for me it's a workhourse that does the job. FYI Ladies if you don't mind it being a bit large on the wrist it will be a good fit. :)

I was a bit hesitant at first because it uses the Tizen OS, but so far have been very pleased. The features that I regularly use work smoothly and the learning curve is very user friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend it to my friends.

I bought it with a 2 year warranty, I loved the watch, i wanted another one they just didn't have them in stock anymore, highly recommend it, can be nice and sporty and also used to go out

I have had a Timex for many years and didn't see the reason to move to something this fancy. But, after purchasing for a great price, I found myself exploring all the options and trying to use it in my every day life. S Voice is pretty bad and I am hoping Samsung fixes this issue or moves to something better. Overall, I am pretty satisfied with my decision.

I use to have the Gear S2 and this is a massive improvement. With this watch you can actually answer calls with it, which I argued was the biggest flaw of the previous version. The rotating dial is also a nice feature. Samsung has also improved their band on this model. I also recommend the replacement plan, that is how I was able to upgrade for next to nothing.

It's the best smartwatch, very intuitive, easy to navigate, great screen and long battery life. I use it to receive calls with the built in speaker/microphone and the other side of the call doesn't even notice that the call is on a speaker.

I love all the things that this watch can do. However, it's heavy on my arm and the battery does not last if you use the watch to take calls. I waited and researched this watch. I also need to change the band often because it gives me a rash. I believe it's heat,sweat and the band material.
