I have been a long time loyal Apple Watch wearer. However, I consider myself a techie and have always enjoyed more whistles and bells, which the iOS platform lacks. I had the very first gear watch with the camera. It was an interesting design, but Samsung has always been known to break up the status quo and make things interesting. I purchased the Gear S3 a month ago, and I have been very happy with it. I have to say, my favorite part about the watch is the many watch faces that you can get- they are awesome! The watch is IU is intuitive, but let's be honest, intuition is subjective. I really appreciate the sturdy build- this wasn't always the case with Samsung, but I feel like this is now part of their identity. I will check back in a few month to give an update.

So far after 5 weeks I love everything about this watch. The s3 frontier has great battery life 3.5 to 4 days medium use. Thousands of watch faces to choose from and so much more. Oh and did I mention it looks great too.

I've had a Fitbit since they first came out. I've had 3, they didn't hold up well. About 18 months ago, my husband and I both bought Garmin Smart watches. My husband is hard on watches, so his broke a couple of months ago. After reading reviews, I got him the Samsung Frontier for Christmas. Oh. My. Word. HE loves it and this is a guy who doesn't like new things, or change in general, at all. The text and call functions are amazing. He can talk on the phone from his watch! It's very Go-Go Gadget! The face is super easy to read, it syncs easily to his phone, it is great as a step counter, heart rate monitor, etc. Waterproof to 5 meters for 30 minutes, and has a durable strap. It is also easy to learn how to use. I highly recommend it!

This watch has it ALL!! Samsung has yet again put out a quality product. I have had my watch for a couple months now and am very pleased with my purchase. I can take phone calls from my wrist, I can respond to texts on my watch. The speaker has good sound, and so does the mic for those on the receiving end. Battery life is pretty good, and I am a HEAVY user. I LOVE the fitness tracking capabilities of the built in Samsung Health app , including the stand-alone GPS tracking capabilities, but probably my FAVORITE thing about this watch is that it has internal memory for me to download my favorite running music playlist, sync my wireless headphones and head out the door and not have to take a phone or ipod with me. Again Samsung...QUALITY product!

I am lazy so the main reason I wanted a smart watch was so I didn't have to keep taking my phone out of my pocket during the work day when I received a text. It is great for that but I quickly discovered that the health monitoring it provides has now become the focal point for me. I get regular reminders to get up and move or stretch if I have been setting at my desk to long. I can see my heart rate, steppes and stairs I have climbed. All of this and it even tells you the time and date. Tons of watch faces to choose from and lots of them are free. I get regular comments on how nice the watch looks and how bright the screen is. I am enjoying this product and recommend it for health info and people who want the information from their phone on their wrist.

Honestly I don't know how they could improve or add anything more to a smart watch. It's smart looking, feels light and comfortable, and does more than any watch I've owned. I was a little hesitant at first due to my age, the price, and thinking what more can a watch do that my phone could do. However after reading the reviews and needing somthing more practical I gave it a try. It turns out to be one of the best investments I've made when it comes to a watch. I have a hard time hearing being in my early sixties. So you can imagine how surprised I was when I could have a two way phone conversation and catch all my reminders. Easy and pratical it was to do about anything I can on my phone from this watch. Check it out if I can do it anyone can.

Alright so when it comes to smart watches, having one is great and all . It looks good, checking e mail, answering the phone ever¥thing does well , holds up fine in the dust and rain. and the battery time is awesome

I went from Apple iPhone and apple watch to the samsung galaxy s8 and wanted to get a wearable to go with it. It does what I need it to do and has many options on it. I wish it could load more apps on it like the apple watches do but for what I need and use it for its fine. It's a great addition to having the samsung phone.

This watch is definitely a great upgrade from the Gear S2. I do not utilize it to its fullest capacity, but for my needs it fits the bill. I use it mainly as a fitness tracker and reminder in addition to its basic functionality as a timekeeper. I love the design, and the option to change watch faces and watch bands with quick release pins allow me to dress it up or down depending on the occasion. Since I do not keep it constantly connected to my phone, I can get a battery life of 5-6 days on average which is wonderful. I was able to get this for much cheaper since I traded in some old things. Truth be told, I probably would not have paid full price for it, but I do think that it is a great watch.

I have had this Samsung Frontier S3 watch for about 2 weeks now. So far I like most of the features and still learning everything that it will do. I used Apple watch for the past couple of years with an iPhone and decided recently to go with Samsung Android setup. I think I like the Apple watch better and maybe because I am more familiar with it than the Samsung S3 Frontier. Overall though, I think I will like this Samsung gear after I get more familiar with the phone and Gear.

Love this watch so useful and the battery last forever

I initially bought this watch for measuring my heart rate. I knew about synching with phones and apps, so that was a plus. Being in the military, I was in the market for a watch that could do multiple things (GPS, weather, altitude, email, text etc..), and this was one of them. What attracted me the most was being able to change the watch face and bands easily. I can use this for a hike, night out for fun, or a formal event, all while have everything else with me. Not much of a hassle these days since everyone is glued to their phone. Just check my wrist instead of pulling out my phone. If it's urgent, then the phone comes out. Good investment for people who are picky with watches or don't have the money to buy them all.

My husband is in construction and it holds up great!

This is my second Samsung Watch and I still love it. My first android watch experience was with the Moto 360 but when the battery could not last more than 6-8 hours I was frustrated and wrote off all smart watches. Later I was gifted the Gear S3 Classic and now it is my daily watch, with battery life up to 3 days if I really stretch it. I get 2.5 days comfortably. I ended up getting the Frontier for the black bezel which looks better over time when compared to the Classic which shows the scuffs more prominently. The watches are the same the only difference is in the colorway and the rubber band that comes in the box. A solid smartwatch and when you can get it on sale for around 250, it is a must buy.

This watch is awesome, good battery life and style.

This is the perfect watch for anyone on the go. If you are computer literate this is the watch for you. If you aren’t computer savvy you enjoy the fact that it’s easy to setup right out of the box. I had a watch from a competitor which fell apart in less than a year. My Samsung Watch is rugged, dependable, and rock solid!
