Excellent smart watch. Battery life is currently 2.5-3 days for me. Does most everything I want it to do and quite a bit more. Only real downside is a serious lack of additional apps. The Tizen OS is still not popular enough for many developers. Hopefully that will change in the near future.

This watch has all the features that you get in apple watch and most importantly looks are much better than apple watch. It looks exactly like a wrist watch and not like a square match box (you know what i mean) on your wrist. Battery life is decent. I have stretched it for 3 days without charging. Fitness tracker is decent however not as accurate as fitbit watches. However this has many more features compared to fitbit. One problem that I faced was if my kid gets it, he just touches everywhere on the screen hence sometimes mess up with settings. Wish it could have a child lock that I can turn on when it is kept idle on a table.

Just love the rotating bezel, and MST option in Samsung Pay. Lots of watch faces to download. Fantastic automatic workout detection. Limited number of Apps though.

Like the fact that I can use it to answer my phone. Size and the life of the battery are a plus.

This watch is great: the screen is sharp, battery life is great, fitness tracker is on point, and Samsung pay is amazing. The watch is of excellent construction and very durable. It is on the larger size which might turn some people off but overall I highly recommend it.

I return my S3 Classic only because I liked the style of the Frontier. This watch is very easy to use and stylish. Excellent watch.

The increased battery life is a definite improvement as well as the easier to utilize apps. The counter to that is that it's bigger and more prone for rubbing and knocking into nearby objects. However, the counter to that is that is a very robust watch (especially the glass).

I've upgraded to the Samsung Gear S3 Frontier from the original Samsung Gear Smart Watch (Verizon LTE). Obviously, Verizon has not yet fielded a cellular model of this watch and I'm okay with that. The watch is outstanding and superior to the original Gear S watch in appearance, battery life, water resistance, etc. The only thing I had trouble with was the rubbery (silicone?) watch band. I found a link watch band on line and installation was a snap and together with the watch, they're outstanding. I can't see how anyone would be disappointed in this as their first smart watch or upgrading (yes even from Apple) an existing watch they have as I did. Just do it.

Love it. I love the rugh look and bold edges, its customizable, ecellent apps seamless transitions with the apps and it lasts almost 2 days when is fully charged. Free watch faces etc.

Initial descriptions of this watch led me to believe that this watch had stand alone GPS functionality. I also read that there would soon be a Verizon 4G model. I finally gave up on Verizon 4G to appear and bought the other version. The nav app I have does little other than direct you to follow a path from point a to point b and does nothing without being Bluetooth tethered to the phone. It does say that there is a way to load map data to the watch but no instructions. Those are two big disappointments. Other than that I do like the watch. The pedometer is at least as good as what it replaced. The altimeter/barometer functions could be better but are handy. Glancing at the watch to see messages, e-mails... in a meeting isn't as distracting to others as pulling out the phone. The grandchildren love doing the Dick Tracy thing and making phone calls on the watch. While I like it and use it I have a feeling that I may soon be sorry I didn't wait for the next generation...

If you're fortunate enough to have an android and not an iPhone, you owe it to yourself to add this device to your arsenal of equipment. You can.... Talk on it, text, see time, steps, burned calories, heart rate, play music that's not on your phone, so you don't have to take your phone with you on a run. There are thousands of watch faces to choose from some free, some aren't. The battery lasts a good three days... Depending on settings, as far as brightness, amount of notifications etc. Since the new watch is out now, you can catch this one on sale or @ a lower price.... Grab it! Don't think about it... DO IT!!

My Tag watch quit working so I figured it would cost more to get it fixed than to just buy a new SMART watch. I was pleasantly surprised to find it has a lot more features than I was expecting. It was very easy to sync with my Samsung Galaxy 10. Would highly recommend it to a friend.

Awesome watch very durable lots of features. I had a Samsung phone when I bought it now I have a Apple phone and it still works great with it not as good but close.

This is a quality build and feel of a smartwatch. Battery life is about 2 days, and it comes with a wireless charging dock stand. You can upgrade and customize the faces, alot being decent and free, but better quality faces that are elegant and animated are $1-2.The health apps are nifty and work well. Additional apps and add on from the Store are pretty janky though. Samsung has given limited support to this device making the later usage features lack luster. The apps are mostly 3rd party chinese ports rushed and slapped together. Samsung wanted to stay off of Googles OS but did not follow through to keep up quality apps. If you want to use this for the basic health app, message push from your phone, and minor things... pull the trigger, this is a great device. If you want google voice support style usage, list made via voice, tons of good quality apps, and a seamless experience... maybe look to a Wear OS watch instead.

I was skeptical on smartwatches in general and used a Fitbit Charge for about one year but although good for fitness it really felt it was severely lacking on the smartwatch side. Decided to jump all in with this Samsung Gear S3 Frontier and it is just fantastic!!!!!! Glad I switched.

The watch has so many face options, to meet any style of dress. It is feature rich and the battery will easily last the days running the features I need. This was great buy.

I will start by saying I have owned several fitness trackers/ smartwatches and have always ended up returning them out of disappointment. I hate the look of the FItbit Blaze and Apple Watches and always wanted a smartwatch that actually resembled a watch. When I stumbled across this watch I was wary given my previous experiences but decided to give it a shot... I was not disappointed. This watch is awesome it does everything I need it to and is great for fitness tracking. My only disappointment with it is it is not waterproof like the gear sport. I love the fact that you get a year free on all the Under Armour apps as well.

Same weekend I got it I went swimming with it at the lake have had no issues with it. Samsung pay app on my gs3 works extremely well. Love all the watch faces available.

I have had this watch for a while now. Love it! The battery life is great. And it does more than I need it to do! I'm very happy with it!

This is a fantastic watch! I've been looking into getting a smart watch for quite some time and after reading many reviews I decided to go ahead and try this watch out since the battery life lasts more than the Apple watch and I have a Samsung phone (Galaxy S7 Active). It does an excellent job of displaying accurate time and you can change it to any watch face you'd like! I keep it at the factory analog display and it looks awesome in person, I get lots of compliments about it at work! Overall it's a sweet looking smart watch and gets the job done, I'd highly recommend to anyone who is looking for something to show off to their friends!
