Battery drains fairly fast if using all day but It does charge fast as well. Looks great on wrist and works well with steps and most apps.

The watch was way too big. And it was also a very heavy watch.

Pretty big smart watch was really looking forward to it. Set up of the watch was straight forward, syncing it to apps howerever, is another story. This watch would never sync and when I contacted the apps tex support they advised it was a Samsung issue, Samsung said it was an app issue. Needless to say if it can't be used for some of it purpose, it isn't worth it. I ended up returning this watch and went with a Garmin product.

Very disappointed to have paid so much for so little features. It's heavier than any fitness watch I have ever owned. It is not waterproof while it cost so much. If you turn off your phone it stops many features from updating. The date, weather, etc. will not update until you turn Bluetooth on. It requires too many apps for it to function.

Do not compare to Apple Watch... this is no match. I have both, I just like the look of this but the features and available apps are basic

I upgraded my S2 Gear to this S3. Fantastic watch, great battery, and everything. Except for one problem - the Altimeter is always VERY inaccurate. Replaced the watch once - and still, shows a dozen of weet below sea level - even updating and resting it manually only works for a short period. Something is wrong, but Samsung won't acknowledge it. Best Buy is making me go to Geek Squad and leave the watch for a week. Not happy.

Great watch, however not user friendly. When receiving text messages it does not display contact information.

I love the design of the watch but it doesnt have the text message app if you use it with a iphone so i had to return it

I bought this piece 3 weeks ago and I started to have issue with the unit. Initially it changes well and able to use it for the whole day without need of charging then it starts to drain faster. The battery life became shorter each day until I found out that it hasn't charged the whole night on the charger. Sad thing is that when I went back to best buy to check the issue, they didn't even care to check it. They said that I have to call Samsung for replacement.

This is the second watch of Gs3. It keeps having charging issues not charging completely and overheating while doing it.

It's a smartwatch with NFC and activity tracking. Calorie count doesn't seem too accurate other than that it's fine.

Not that great. Bought an inexpensive smart watch from the net and at the end there is no big diference between the 2.

The battery did very well for the first week. I could get almost 3 days out of one charge. Now, I can barely get 24 hours!

I was told the battery would last for days. I need to charge it daily. Other than that it is very nice .

Wait for a good sale. The watch is good but can only function when within 15 feet of my phone as for calls and text.

It’s cool but I kinda like the Apple Watch better but it is ok as a standalone watch

This Gear S3 Frontier is good looking smart watch but if you have your phone with you all the time that for sports is a big inconvenience I can’t believe that this watch is not built in GPS Only if you have the LTE version and you have to pay extra to your phone company because this watch is GPS enabled that what you pay for this phone should be included

I didn't know this watch has to piggyback off your phone, so I took it back, I don't need two phones with me.

Bought the watch 2 days ago, watch was at 100% when I left for work at 8:15am, walking out to my car after work and it was at 1%. Died when I got in the car. Oh and the woman at the Samsung booth didn't listen to a word I said. She kept saying her watch went for 2 days and didn't listen to how I wore it. Never buying Samsung again, DONE. Thank god for Best buy return policy, I was out of there in 2 minutes.

Face does not always come on when you raise your hand to look at it. Very annoying. But it does the job.
