IT DOESN"T WORK. This is a known issue with samsung and I don't know if they are trying to fix it. Custormer care just says they are sorry you are experiencing trouble with your product. Read reviews first ( I usually do) . Had I know this I would have waited until the bug is fixed.

It happened once and it was great, but it was all downhill from there. After that I could never get it to connect to my phone or home wi fi. I was connecting it to An Iphone, but it was supposed to. Nice watch maybe if you have a Samsung phone. Not for Apple users.

Unfortunately the battery died within 2 weeks and I returned it. I have read a lot of complaints like this so I would look out for this problem.

Turns out the S voice does not work properly. I have to repeat myself number of times to get the right contact and type up the correct message. As for map navigation, there's no google maps or any other good reliable map apps. Even when I use google maps on my Note8, it doesn't show any directions or any type of notification on my gear S3. I wish I could've returned it. But my 14 day window expired.

Let alone the fact that I couldn't even get it to light up until i flipped my wrist 3 or 4 times ! So aggravating!
