Not quality product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Exactly one week after I purchased this one of the buttons just fell off. Had to exchange it. A lot of hassle for such an expensive watch.

Didn't work great with iphone
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This watch should be not be used with an iphone. There were functions that did not work due to me having an iphone not an android phone.

Stopped working
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this product from Best Buy and sent it to my brother in Bangladesh. Unfortunately this watch started malfunctioning and he had to sent it back to me. When I took it to Best Buy they told me they aren’t responsible for any maintenance but I have to contact Samsung by myself.

There is no OK Google
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hi Gear instead of OK Google, and it really sucks! Slow and inaccurate. I may return the watch and get one with Android OS.

Watch is amazing, App options are terrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had been a Pebble watch user from the beginning, but when they sold to Fitbit, I wanted something different. The things I loved about Pebble (always on screen, multi-day battery life, interchangeable bands, ability to design my own watch face) were musts. This watch does those things well. I used the GearWatchDesigner to build my own watch faces that I can run on the watch depending on which of my favorite sports teams are playing that day. If I take it off the charger in the morning and leave the screen always-on it has 55% battery left 24 hours later. I sleep with the watch on for the sleep tracking and then charge it back to close to 100% in the hour it takes me to get ready in the morning. But, I should be able to go 2 days without a charge if I wanted. Not as good as the 4 I could do with Pebble, but pretty good! I change my watch band every day to match the color of the watch face I am running that day, and the old 22mm bands from my Pebble work with this watch! New features that I love: paying at ANY credit card reader with Samsung Pay is spectacular, having multiple great ways to respond to texts on my wrist without pulling out my phone, being able to see text conversations on the watch that look just like they do in my phone text app (including seeing texted photos), making calls on my wrist is great and people can't tell I'm not talking through my phone! The only complaint I have is the number of apps available is truly heartbreaking. Even on my Pebble there was an app to let me read my twitter feed and the ESPN app let me see scores from any game going on. On the Gear there is no twitter option that I can find and the ESPN app is HORRIBLE, only letting you see scores from teams you have "favorited" and you have to pull your phone out to even start that ESPN app. This is ridiculously bad. How can there not be a sports score app on a smartwatch? There is some great options for using your watch as a phone camera remote on which you can even see yourself on your watch from your phone camera to line up pics and videos, which is very cool. Amazing watch, but they HAVE to get more developers designing useful apps. Little tiny Pebble did a thousand times better job in the app department.

More functional than the Apple Watch!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great watch with functionalities that are superior to the Apple Watch. Check it out if you're in the market for a wearable.

doesn't hold up
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.well when I first got this watch I loved it. it told time, played music, never had to miss a call or a text, used it to pay for things, check your activity and your heart rate. the reason I took it back because it wouldn't hold a charge all day and the worst part was it stopped telling the right time.

Not Happy
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was not impressed when I got the watch and drove 1 hr and 1/2 a to find out that the store did not do their job and have the previous owner unlock the watch so I had to drive another 30 minutes to another best buy to get a different watch and return the defective . Best buy should have done their job correctly in the 1st place .

It work, but the battery is poor
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought it and I believe it has at lest 24 hs of battery, it is not. By example it shows 100% after all day charging, I did not use it and in the morning it shows 26 % battery, I'd returned to the store. It was unuseable
