Confusing interface, takes calls but the phone must be within 100 feet.Hard to respond to emails.

These smart watches are way too heavy and big for my wrist.

I was not to happy with this one so I returned it and got the gear s 3 smart watch

I got this watch a week ago and it is just great. Pros: Great battery life I can get around 2.5 days Great design everyone says it is still a large watch but I think it is a lot smaller than the gear s3 and fits good even on my slimmer wrists. Also very durable and feels premium Great band Rotating bezel Display Workout tracking Cons: No speaker s voice doesnt work amazing but still decent overall great watch awesome especially for running not sure about biking or swimming. But the GPS is great and there is a Speedo app for swimming that has great reviews

Perfect size. Works smoothly no stuttering at all. Love the blue color. Best non-apple smartwatch you can get. Using it with a pixel phone and works great. I get 3 days between charges.

7 months after, it won't charge. The dock just keeps blinking red. Check reviews about this issue and you'll see it's a common problem with no fix.

Watch stopped working after 45 day. Sent it to Samsung for repair, and they claim the issue is out of warranty for water damage (on a water resistant device). I will never purchase another Samsung product.

My first smartwatch and it hasn't disappointed. I use it daily at work and for fitness. I work construction so I needed something durable and reliable to be able to keep up with my busy pace. I've used it for running, biking and high intensity workouts. It's great with HR readings and step counts. The app is much better after an update and syncs great. I'd recommend this over any other watch if you're into working out but still want some of the smart watch features other watches offer.

I did not know open box means used. This watch came with all scratches and tons of dirt. During these times of COVID ! Do not buy open box items. Best buy really messed up this time.

Strap was broken after 4 months usage. Samsung customer support has requested me to send a receipt, so I did 2 months ago. Still nothing happened. Does not last long. Poor customer support.

Step tracking is so bad it’s not usable. I ended up giving the watch away almost immediately.

Seriously, don’t waste your time with Samsung or Fibit. I tried all and Apple Watch is far superior on all aspects (except battery life, but I’m totally fine recharging once a day like my smartphone).

Didn't even own it 6 months and it stopped taking my heartbeat The back button stopped working and it stopped keeping track of how far I walked

Still waiting for my refund the watch was Scratch and very dirty cant beleave they try to re sell that watch

Its 2024. I still have this watch and its still going strong. I have to charge it every other day instead of 2 times a week. But it gets the job done. Im on my 3rd or 4th band of course. The face has a scratch on it because of my line of work. Ive had to replace the charger 2x at least.

Bought this for my wife...it would not track her heart rate or workouts. We returned it. Thanks for Best Buys easy return policy.

It died, too repair costs what it is worth new.. ir ia now trash.

This watch stopped working after a few months. Truly disappointed in Samsung because I own many devices made by them.

This is my first smart watch. I was considering all 3 s3 frontier, sport and fit2pro. s3 frontier was too big, I wanted to wear watch for sleep tracking as well. I have set up samsung pay, transfered music to watch instead of spotify offline 3months for $. I havent yet tested fitness tracking.But it is definitely good looking and light to wear. No speaker hence no call answering thru sport. You can just answer but need to speak with phone, that was okey with me and also having speaker for music was not a con since most us speak thru either phone or bt headset i think instead of speaking to the watch. I have set up nfc just fine.If it was not working first time just reset and try again. I set my mind to just buy fit2 pro and upgrade when samsung releases next upgrade to s3 and sport which i hope will have size of sport and all features from s3. LTE is a good option missing. Overall I like the watch.
