Don’t waste your money buying this watch. It is not accurate and not durable. I bought mine in April 2018 and it packed up in November, 2018. I sent it in for repair and they told me they cannot repair it because it has liquid damage. This is a watch that claimed you can swim with as far as 50 m and I didn’t even swim with it. I only wore it while working in the kitchen. Piece of garbage. Don’t Buy!

This watch is terrible for tracking your heartrate during a workout (which is pretty important if you're using it as a fitness tracker). If you pause your workout to manually click on it to check your heartrate, it fails to measure it if you're moving, or if your wrist is sweaty. It probably counts step accurately, but it's terrible at counting floors. It considers a floor to be an elevation of more than 10 feet. I a lot of houses have basements with 8' ceilings like mine, so it never counts the many times I go up and down my stairs at home - which seems ridiculous. I would not recommend this as a fitness tracker.

i bought this watch to replace my apple watch as i switched from ios to samsung android. the heart rate tracking during workouts is not accurate. im doing elliptical machine with my chest strap and it says 130 but on the gear sport it say 100.

Everything about it works except for the voice responce to a text message. When you try to talk to the watch to reply to a text message, it will fail every time. I tried looking around for a solution online, but all I found was everyone having the same issues from OVER A YEAR ago. If people have been having this issue for a year, why is it still a problem? I find this unacceptable to spend $275.00 on a watch that won't text. If I have to still pull out my phone to respond, what's the point of a watch? I will definitely look for another brand.

Silicone band continually gave me a severe burn/rash on my wrist despite multiple cleanings, and Samsung would not provide an alternate solution even though it is a known product (Google it)

I have had this watch for 3 months. The battery only lasts about 24 hours. The sync function is unstable, notifications are unreliable and Samsung will only stand behind the replacement of the product for 15 days. Spend your money elsewhere not worth the headache.
