Note5 says both that it's paired AND it also says "Unable to connect Gear VR controller (1D73)". This message comes up also when I select the Update button. I just want sh** to work right- that's all I ask. ice tried Forums and technical sites but no help. Tried uninstalling and re-installing, but still no go.
