great sound, easy to use, good bass, you can use for gym

Sound is great still trying to adjust them to stay in my ear.

The buds were a gift for a friend that loves to work out. Battery life and sound are exceptional. Downside buds would not stay in her ears when bending over.

Its so easy to use and it also easy to connect to my samsung galaxy s21 ultra , and also the battery last a day, the sound was the top of the line with a voice canceling, i was so satisfied with this unit , and its so awesome

They sound great. They look great. The battery lasts quite awhile. Use it primarily for running and worming out. The ambience noise canceling is awesome.

Overall, I very much like these headphones. They are easy to use, comfortable, and intuitive. The only thing I'd note is that they are not as secure as Sport headphones (in the ear) when performing vigorous activities.

Great sounding ear buds. Nice adjustment features to get the best sound quality. A little hard at times keeping the ear buds in place while working out. Otherwise, great Samsung quality as always.

Excellent sound quality would've given a 5 star rating but the design prevents the earbuds from fitting in ear securely. Samsung should've kept the design of the galaxy plus earbuds. I've purchased aftermarket ear tips which may prove a more secure fit.

They sound great. They look good. Fit for someone like me with small ear canal is a little uncomfortable.

Great sounding headphones when they work. The fit is much worse than the buds+ and they struggle to stay in your ear for more than a few minutes at a time. Also ordered them refurbished and they only came with one set of ear tips.

This is my first time buying refurbished products. I was very worry because other customers experience. But so far everything has been working fine. The wireless charging and the headphones connect and charge. The only thing it was missing the medium size ear plug. And i had yo size up to the large for my ears.

Excellent earbuds with cool features, such as 360 audio, ANC, and automatic ambient mode. unfortunately, these were too big for my ears and the refurbished order had missing earbud sleeves.

This is not a fair review of the product but more of the service. The earbuds sound amazing. The problem I had is that I bought refurbished earbuds and the didn't come as advertised or working correctly. They were advertised as "including 3 sets of ear cushions". They came with none. I went back to Best Buy and they said I'll have to return them and order another set. Those didn't come with any either. But to make matters worse... These didn't work when you answered the phone. The left one kept disconnecting. But playing music they were great. I returned this set as well and didn't order another set. My advice is not to purchase the refurbished set.

They work well and haven't been able to tell they're refurbished. I guess I have big ears, not that they fall out all the time but here and there they do.

Bluetooth connects to my Samsung phone easily. Great sound. Holds charge well. Love how case can quick charge buds while unplugged.

Would give 5 stars but i dont like how they fit in my ears. But the quality, sound and overall, i would recommend them. The fit is on me, no reflection on the product.

I have purchased the Galaxy Buds Plus as a refurbished item in the past, and I did the same for the Buds Pro. These have some pretty awesome upgrades from the Plus model including the noise cancelling and the auto passthrough. I am still getting used to the auto passthrough as sometimes I might talk to myself while I'm thinking of something, and it will kick in and startle me. However, It's great to not have to tell someone to wait while I pause music and allow the passthrough manually. The charging case fits perfectly in the watch pocket of my jeans. I did buy a new set of silicone tips prior to receiving these. They came clean, but still I did my own cleaning process on them
