A:AnswerIt is hit or miss if the accesories are included. For my purchase, it was missing the medium sized ear tips. I've seen other reviews where there were no ear tips at all and yet others where everything was included. The Best Buy refurbish program is definately not replacing missing items.
A:AnswerI don't believe they can be you have to sync them like all other wireless headphones(in the case) preventing you from mutilinking not saying it cant be done but when paired together they stop playing if they are to far apart. I'd ask Samsung support if theirs a way.
A:AnswerThis headphones do come with a charger case and cable however mine showed up with only 3 earphone tips, yes only 3!! I was lucky the one pair it came with was the small ones and it fit in perfectly.
A:AnswerThe Bud's are Bluetooth enabled, so you can connect them to your soundbar if it has Bluetooth connection. If your Bud's are connected to your phone, turn off Bluetooth so you can connect to the soundbar. Hope this helps.
A:AnswerI just got mine in the mail today, and I am very surprised at the quality of what I received. They look almost new, even the case does! I was very surprised! The sound amazing, but I haven't had them long enough to judge battery life though. Mine also came in the original box with a brand new cable (block not included). It was suppose to come with 3 different sized ear pieces that go on the end of the actual buds, but mine only came with two. I was missing the "medium" sized pair. Now it wasn't a huge deal breaker for me simply because the small fits my ear fine, but I can see how aggravting this could be for others who rely solely on that specific size. Other than that one issue, I haven't a bad thing to say about them yet (although I've only had them maybe 2 hours). No clue how the battery is going to work yet, but I'm hopeful by how excellent quality everything else is that the battery will be no exception.
