“Are the earbuds cleaned/disinfected after being used and sold again?”

• mine were super dirty. came with all sorts of earwax both on the buds and the earpiece themselves. Had to sanitize them myself after with alcohol.

• The box look bad but the charger and the buds was in pristine condition, you cannot see the defference

• Yes I was told they are disaffected by Best Buy and they come with new ear ends.

• They looked clean an new..but just clean yourself with alcohol..ain't a deal breaker..
