I don't know the specific numbers but when using the proper tips they reduce noise greatly.

Please try again later.Not sure how much they would reduce the noise level at a gun range but when im in a really noisy steel manufacturing environment thats really loud it shuts out just about every sound. The first 2 times using them it did not cancel out all the noise so i ordered a set of softer tips and i also used the larger pair of tips that came with it and those work perfect
