It is hit or miss if the accesories are included. For my purchase, it was missing the medium sized ear tips. I've seen other reviews where there were no ear tips at all and yet others where everything was included. The Best Buy refurbish program is definately not replacing missing items.

Please try again later.I just received my refurbished Buds and they had the case but no ear bud tips, which are pretty important as you basically can't use them without the tips. I'm going to return or exchange mine and hopefully it was just a bad luck of the draw. The website says it includes all necessary accessories so maybe I was jut unlucky.
