Great at blocking out noise. Sound incredible. Little hard to get to work with Apple though. Does some cutting out. With Samsung phone though they are PERFECT. Sound better than Ipods

Very comfortable. Love the ANC feature that adjusts on and off depending on whether you're speaking. Great integration with S21.

These would be so perfect if they fit in the ear like the live..these are way better at ambient sound and all the little extra features it has than the lower version. I still reach for my live over these beacause of how they sit in my ear..be aware refurb you will get the plastic nubs ..they dont come with..not a big deal for the peiced difference of new ones..if i didnt love the live i would love these

The sound quality is great but I now see why these were returned. The hey cut out every now and then.

I used them for a few weeks and actually the sound is fine but they were not the right size for my ears and I had to return them, but in terms of audio quality they are fine

Well compared to the other reviews i must have got lucky and got a good set but mine came like new in the box, with ear tips, and charge cable. Everything was clean and in great condition. Synced to my phone and updated wothout issue and have been using them at work for about 5 hours work of meetings a day. No issue's, I can hear everyone great, mic has me loud and clear, ambiant filter is a nice touch tobstay aware of those around me and music alsonsounded great.

I love my earbuds from Samsung. This is my second pair (the first pair, may they rest in peace). The sound quality is great, and they are comfortable in my ears. I work in a Data Center so the noise canceling is a god send.

had second thoughts about refurbished, but pulled the trigger because of the amazing price. glad i bought it, i knew it only came with small and large rubber buds. but its been amazing performance, the sound great, the features ANC, EQ preset, touches has been all working fine.. good battery too..

The refurbs arrived missing the medium tips but that's ok because I use the small ones and even in the left side it's slightly too big for my ear, and it was worth the price difference. They were clean, had the original box but covered in packing tape. The buds themselves are touchy, seem to hold a charge properly, and no scuffs or scratches to the buds or charge case. Paired easily to my phone and they're working fine.

Awesome sound, long battery life, the best earbuds i have ever owned.

They work great, have nice sound quality and do the job they are intended for. 1st thing, Mine came with the additional ear bud pads. some people have said theirs didn't come with any, mine were in the box with the charging cable. Sound quality is good. Both listening to music and using for phone calls. The person on the other side of the call has said it sounds just like I am talking on the phone and not via a wireless connection. The options and features of these buds are great.

I wanted to give these 5 stars but for several reasons, I just couldn't. They got 3 because the price was good, the delivery was quick, and they work great. When I first received them, the ear pieces that go on the earbuds were missing. I took them back to the store, where I was told they would have to reorder them and I would have to come back to pick them up when they arrived or I would have to pay a shipping fee to my house. My shipping was originally free as I'm a total tech member. When I went back to pick up the next set, I got halfway home to notice they were dirty and had ear wax all over them. I understand they're refurbished, but at least clean them before you sell them to customers. Lastly, although I like the quality better than my regular galaxy earbuds, they're slightly larger, so they fall out of my ear quite a bit. I didn't have that problem with my old ones. Overall, the features are great, noise canceling works awesome, and I love the color and outside speaker options. Just wish my experience getting them would have been better.

I've owned the Galaxy buds and buds plus but these are by far the best ones, literally the only down side compared to the plus is battery life but besides they are better than the plus. I would say to upgrade if you have the plus but if they break, you have the buds or don't have any samsung headphones then I would definitely recommend these!

They work great, and I received the buds in original packaging. It came with all the same parts as a new one.

They seem to work fine and unlike some reviews they were clean. I honestly haven’t used them much. They didn’t have the small ear tips and that’s what I need because the mediums don’t stay in very well.

I was SHOCKED at how great the sound was on these! I bought them for the wireless charging and to use when riding my stationary bike. The open box price was extremely affordable and the sound is amazing. Theres also so much customization you can do to the sound and settings through the galaxy wearables app.
