I love my earbuds from Samsung. This is my second pair (the first pair, may they rest in peace). The sound quality is great, and they are comfortable in my ears. I work in a Data Center so the noise canceling is a god send.

Nice sound so easy to wear not to bad small and comfortable

I was SHOCKED at how great the sound was on these! I bought them for the wireless charging and to use when riding my stationary bike. The open box price was extremely affordable and the sound is amazing. Theres also so much customization you can do to the sound and settings through the galaxy wearables app.

My wife has an iPhone and I got her the airpods for Christmas so naturally I was jealous and wanted my own. So I bought these Galaxy Buds Pro when I saw them on sale and I really loved them. I'm actually amazed at the quality and the noise cancellation feature. But then I lost them about 5 days after I bought them. They are so good I went out and bought this pair to replace them. I highly recommend this item, just don't lose them!

They don't fit very well in my ears. I constantly have to push them back in. Which causes me to press the buttons. Sound is good.

Manufacturer should disclose this fact in the description. Do not like their app is not compatible with the iPhone so wats the point. All it’s worth are headphones no knowledge of when battery is dying & no ability to search if lost. The sound of music is good but quality of call not so much. They also hurt the inside of my ears. Can’t wear for long time. Seriously considering return.

These arrived in excellent condition. However, they seem to be missing one set of the rubber ear bits which seems to be common with refurbished earbuds. Otherwise, they are clean with no signs of wear. They fit a bit odd but seem to stay in and last a few work days of constant use. Well worth the 65 I paid for them. If not for refurbished I wouldn't have never given these a thought but am glad i did.

Great Sound Quality. Touch features are a bit of a nuisance to use but can be turned off. Fit is important so make sure you choose the right ear tip size.

Amazing headphones I had them before the sound quality and base was great. The noise cancelling worked well. I lost them both twice (as usual for me), but thankfully the find my buds or whatever it's called made the buds beep and helps me find them way easier. Overall very good headphones and high quality.

Great bud, excellent sound, just won't stU on my ear

Wow! I was blown away. I got them today, messed around with the app features to get it just the way I like it. It's got an equalizer, so mine are booming with deep bass, but crystal clear. They are clean and look new. The sound is awesome, I like the ambient sound feature. I don't like to block the ambient sound, so it has a feature, so you can unlock the ambient sound. It's got that feature either automatically or at a two-second touch on the bud (on/off ambient sound). This is by far, the best pair of ear buds I have ever owned. I love it and eventhough I don't really like wearing earphones nor buds, these SAMSUNG earbuds were music to my ears, they felt pleasant in my ears...did not want to remove them (but I have to recharge). I love SAMSUNG. I have had Apple AirPods, but these are much, much better than Apple's. SAMSUNG owns the market...it is what it is.

They fall out of my ear very easily. Quality of sound is pretty good though

Left earbuds is defective. There is a crackling sound like when I put it on. When using it, after couple of minutes the left earbud sound is starting to fade and you will hear nothing. Tried to troubleshoot it by unpair, reset and pair it again multiple times but issue stays the same. I can recommend this item if it's not defective. Sound, battery life and connectivity are all good.

Mine came without the medium eartips but it didn't really matter... I couldn't tell it was refurbished aside from the box not being perfect. Really great sound quality and comfort, noise cancelling works really well (airplane tested)

Have been using these for the past week and have been pleased. Yesterday I had them on when I was mowing, the loudest piece of of yard equipment that I have and they blew me away with the ability of the noise cancellation at max. For the past 5 years have been using workTunes headset where I could barely hear the music because of the 100+ db noise level for the mower. Now with these earbuds that issue is gone and I can barely hear the mower
