I got the refurbished version of these headphones. Under $100 is definetely worth it, but i would never pay more than $100 for these. They have worked well with all of my devices and the official Samsung Wear App lets you control additional features (like ambient noise!). The ambient noise on samsung devices is quite useful, though I dont love the automatic mode. Ive only used it for about 2 weeks now. I do find that my left ear hurts, but ive noticed this trend with other buds, so I think it's just my ears.

I bought these buds pro refurbished they sound good only bad thing is the charger cable came ripped a bit of exposure of the cable but for the price why not

These headphones take absolutely no effort to connect to your Samsung device. In fact, you get so much detail and control with them that it pushes you further into the Samsung ecosystem. That's where it ends for me. I think the headphones are way too expensive and should not be in the "pro" conversation. The sound quality is OK and the ANC is almost nonexistent. If you don't have a Samsung phone, please look elsewhere for value. You are overpaying for a product that should be in the below hundred dollar club.

Like new condition and all the functions work well

Have to say these are my new travel buds. More comfortable than my old Galaxy Buds+. The active noise cancelation works quite well and the ambient mode has been a nice option as well. As expected, these work great with my Galaxy phone and they sound great in my ears. I did have to use the largest ear pad to get a good fit, but I have been extremely pleased so far.

Over all good sound. Active noise cancellation is very good. I just wish they still connected to the Samsung app for apple phone

it was okay for me. sounds are great it's just that i didn't like the feeling and way i wear it.

I was a little leery when I read all the reviews of people receiving used items and the issues that resulted from it, but I have to say - I LOVE these! I will also freely admit that I was too cheap to pay full price for a decent set of buds, but this deal came along, and I took a chance. WOW - so glad I did. The noise canceling is great and so helpful when you are working from home with noisy roommates!! They pair easily and have nice battery life - I can usually get 7 to 8 hours easy out of them - no matter what the other reviews say. I love the fact that I can set the case on my phone pad charger, and it will charge no problem. If you are skeptical and cheap like me, I advise you - take a chance - you won't be disappointed!

Don't be afraid of refurbished products. Something like this goes through a good amount of testing before being shipped out and I have not had any issues with refurbs. The headphones are great and definitely a recommend for this price

I am not found of the fit but the sound is really good.... crisp sound, decent bass, even the noise canceling worked well. I would recommend them.

I love these buds. They last a long time. They came clean, and didn't look damaged. Best set ive owned yet. And they dont fall out of my ears. Only complaint is the online description said 3 rubber ear pieces should have been in the package. I got 2. Lucky for me i need the smaller ones. Battery life is really good.

This has great sound comfortable and I give it an A+ rating

They sound awesome ! The only problem i got is that they didnt came with the medium size ear plugs.

refurbished or not, these earbuds have been great for my Mom to use, great sound and a good fit in the ear

Love my certified refurb unit. Wouldn't charge wirelessly at first, but everything is 100% after charging on cable. Great! Would buy again. Easy to use. Very loud, very good sound quality, but there is an almost inaudible static during silence. Hope it doesn't fail on me. I buy a lot of refurb stuff and it mostly works out good, mostly.

Amazing earbuds!! The quality has always been incredible when it comes to samsung products, and these are no exception! Also the fact that best buy offers open box products is a huge W!

Superb full-range sound (I own studio-quality speakers and headphones so I know good sound) but maybe not for bass-heads although the low end is clean and not muddy at all. Function and fit-wise they are the wireless buds I've owned. I run, hike and bike with them so I'd say they're durable as well. App works great on my Samsung phone & Tablet.

I carry my galaxy buds with me everywhere. These were purchased to replace my old ones that quit on me. The battery life is similar to those, but otherwise great.
