These are awesome I enjoying them everyday. They came to me on the time Best Buy said they would be here.

I've never found earbuds that fit this awkwardly. I'm an avid user of Samsung products, but these were just a disappointment. The noise canceling was pretty good, but in a quiet room you can hear the buds whirring in your ears. The buds + so far are the best I've found, and the Pro are not worth the extra money.

They audio quality is good but ANC is very poor does not block a lot of audio

Mixed emotions here. For the price paid these were in excellent condition... except definitely some earwax on rhe tips. No scuffs or scratches though and they seem to work great. For the price, this is a great deal but just dont expect squeaky clean... Sound quality isnt top notch but again for the refurbished price they are awesome

It works well and the design is pretty good. It came with a USB cable and four plastic earbud covers. The covers are two sizes for your ear comfort. Unfortunately, they don't stay in my ears very well. I can feel them coming out and I push them back in. This then causes them to stop playing music.

Like new only missing the medium earbud covers work great have great sound. Some trouble keeping in my ears for long periods tho. Great battery life with case

Solid earbuds, I work with them everyday outside. Talking to clients is easy with the ambient sound. Also works to protect loud noises automatically.

It is avery nice earbuds. I loved it but unfortunately i had to return because it wouldn't ever stay inside my ears due to receiving it with only one ear tip abr it was the wrong size. Overall, i would have definitely kept it if it had the other correct size ear tips.

These are the best active noise cancelling ear buds, these are way better than the Live and the Buds+. Would recommend getting the refurbished ones because you save a bunch of money and they are the exact same thing as the new ones. Mine came with everything included if it were purchased new.

I love the sound, and the noise cancelation is great,but when i use it for a call, or air gets blown from a compresser at work they suck. The first, if I'm doing anything with a napkin or such all they hear is static, the second one all i hear is the noise cancelation make static real loud in my ear. They fix that I'll give it a five.

Very good product, sound quality is great. The price can't be beat,for the quality you get.

No complaints. They work fine for me. They charge fast and stay charged for a long time. Just the same as everyone else has said, only small and large dohickeys in the case for your ears, no medium (if medium ever exists). Small works great for me.

They go in and out sometime and I have small ears so they fall out often
