Sound quality is good and I would have given it 4 out of 5 stars but, These were Geek Squad certified earbuds and looked brand new but The medium size silicone tips were not on the earbuds when I open the package.. There was a smaller package underneath with small and large ear tips And none on the earbuds which should have been attached. These were a gift for my daughter on on my way into Canada. I spoke with customer service at Best Buy online And they told me to return them to a store and swap them out for another pair, Easy, but they will not swap out Geek Squad certified earbuds so they would have to be returned and another pair sent. Next issue is I would have to ship them to canada when I returned to Florida and My daughter would have to pay duty. When I stopped in at a Best Buy in Canada and the US Neither stores could help me because because of the certified referb and would not give me the medium tips or swap them out for a new pair. Very disappointedAt this purchase And online customer service, Also I check the reviews after this issue and found there were several other people that had the same issue I did and We're missing the medium tips.

The only thing I don't like about this headset is that it doesn't hold charge for a long time I understand you have the case that you can recharge it but it did say it's supposed to go up to 8 hours and I don't even get 4 hours from it before it goes dead.

I bought a pair of refurbished buds from Bestbuy.com and item came in quickly. Even though the price was low I was not impressed with the sound and fit. Bass is great but the vocals sound like they are coming from a tin can. Also, they are not comfortable at all. I have tried all 3 rubber pieces and none of them fit right. I have to wear them at a weird angle to be able to use them for an extended period of time. I am glad I got them refurbished for a fraction of the cost. If I had paid full price, I would have returned them.

Fit comfortable all day long. I use them for my 8-10 hr shift making calls constantly and they don't make my ear hurt. Super comfortable

It's a great upgrade from my apple airpod. The sound cancelation is top notch i love it.

my galaxy buds pro are 10 times what the buds live are to me... ambient sound enhancement features plus IP rated for decent water resistance... cant beat em

The sound exceeded my expectations and Samsung has a pretty decent software tool that lets you enhance your sound experience.

Very happy with these refurbished Galaxy buds pro. Can't beat $60 price so ordered 2 sets for my kids. Sound is amazing.
