I'm not buying bestbuy refurbished again. Was missing ear tips, and one side drained battery faster than the other. Horrible experience

Sound quality is really good but I wanted something that would not constantly fall out of my ears if I was moving around at all.

Very good quality. The active noise cancelling works pretty well, the microphones are quite sensitive (many callers stated they could hear lot of background noise). After wearing a while your ears start to hurt, so design is one thing I don't like.

plzzzzz, people do not buy the new ones for 200 plus, I bought the refurbished ones. Honestly I was skeptical but I took the chance, I was not dissatisfied, I mean geek squad literally checks it in person before accepting so there is no fear to endorse, they were as good as new, The only thing is they were missing the smallest ear piece but I didn't even need them, I've used these things every single day at work for 9 months straight, they sound as strong as the day I got the em, Note I work at Frito lay so theirs constant Cheeto dust in em, even when I clean em they're as good as new, these things are literally Indestructible, On the other hand the noise cancellation is beyond. I can't even hear my coworkers talk to me at work, I just work all day in the factory and jam to nelly Furtado, the workers get mad because I don't really care about what they have to say but that's alright because I'm listening to these bad boys, I can't do nothing more then leave this comment in hope you try them for yourself have a nice day dear reader.... PS save some money...

Like new forn cheaper!!! I would recommend to anyone looking to save some money. Earbuds work great, look great, and connectbto my s21 ultra with no hassle.
