Tale of two purchases. I purchased the refurbished buds had them for store pick up. When I picked them up they were in a shipping box taped up. I got home and there were two buds in a black plastic bag - no ear pads. I tried to chat with BB and get the ear pads sent to me but no luck. They said they store would be happy to address my issue since the buds come with 3 sizes of pads. I asked if they thought the store would have the pads. The chat was affirmative. I was not a believer so I thought I would call the store and ask - The call is directed to a national call center. They we certain the store would be able to assist. I went to the store, since I had no choice and low an behold - no ear pads there. The clerk said 'all I can do is refund them'. So I did and asked if the $5 credit I used on the original purchase would be refunded and I was assured it would show up on my account. (It has not yet - fyi) I reordered the buds and had them shipped to my house and they came in a couple days and were in a samsung box with all original documents, usb cord, charging clam shell and buds in a sealed box. These have worked perfectly since day one. It is a crap shoot.

Very comfortable! I have had many different earbuds and they all fall out. These are pretty awesome, and the noise canceling feature is pretty amazing. They pair with my Galaxy phine before I can get them into my ears. So far, so good!

Sound quality and touch controls are good, but the buds themselves were too big for my ears and hurt. Returned them.

WOW! Just received the item, and I kust say that it's even better than I imagined! Super clear and crisp audio quality, decent battery life, and superb build quality. 100% satisfied and would definitely recommend.
