I bought these for my mom for Christmas after initially buying another brand from Target which one of the ear buds didn't work so I returned those to Target. As she gets used to using them, she likes them more and loves being able to multi-task.

Bought these for my girlfriend,I swipped them for a few days to compare to my galaxy buds live. ..While these did sound good in my opinion not at the price point. I found that the buds live have a better soundstage.If you can catch them on sale sure,but not full retail.

I wanted wireless capability and the Samsung Galaxy Pro Buds are very quiet and have fantastic sound quality. I researched these buds before I purchase them and based on the write ups I chose them. I couldn't be more pleased. A little costly but well worth it.

This review is for the Samsung Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Galaxy Buds Pro. After being a Best Buy customer for many years, this was my second (and most likely last) time purchasing a refurbished product. Most reviews I read were positive about these refurbished Galaxy Buds Pro but I should have heeded the warning of the one negative review I read. When these earbuds arrived, I opened the box to see the contents. I noticed the manual was missing and only two pairs of tips were included, not the three listed in the description. I found a manual online and followed the instructions to pair the earbuds after they were charged. The right earbud took much longer to charge but it eventually became fully charged and I attempted to pair them to my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ phone using the Wearables app. The earbuds would not connect and I could not get the right earbud to make any noise. I contacted Geek Squad via phone and decided to return these to a local Best Buy. I purchased the new version of the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro from that Best Buy and am now extremely happy. The new version works great and I will review them after using them for a week or two. I am not sure what 'Certified Refurbished' means but it does not equate to quality inspection.

Noise cancelling does the job well enough in the gym but any outside loud music still leaks in. Ambient noise is interesting, a lot of static or fuzzy feedback. Fit is good, gestures are good too. Windows app and android apps work well.

Good working unit, but had some missing parts, but BestBuy Support help sort it out

Turn on and off very quickly and work great. Would recommend to others

Bought refurbished, would not do again, they do work great but came with only two sets of tips, should have been 3, also no start up guide in the box, I did download the manuals, tried to call Best Buy but was told they do not accept phone calls at that store, what?

These are just like brand new no scratch no technology issues or charging issues.

Good on a discounted price. Not as high quality as i expected for $250 headphones.

Fit and function are really good, they look really sharp when wearing.

Never bought anything refurbished before so I was skeptical. 2 years later and they still work like new.

My set didn't even come with any tips (zero). Then when I had them they wouldn't stay in my ears. Sounds is good, but ANC is ok. Save some money and buy the Buds2

Seem to work okay. I say just okay because they did not come with the different size ear tips like the description says. Maybe they will work better once I pay more money for what I was already supposed to get in the first place. Very disappointing.

Good but heavy. I couldbt get them to stay in ears but i have very small ears. It did however blick out all surrounding sound.

Got these to listen to ebooks. The headphones were easy to configure

What a great value on refurbished ear buds. It really was just the box and the earbuds but easy enough to figure out that you need to download the Galaxy Wear app and you are off and running.
