Came without Eartips & charging cable. Has hissing sound when noise cancelation is on in right ear. which sounds to be a problem with these headphones. There is no way they tested these headphones to make sure they were in working order as the headphones didn't even have ear tips to test them with!

I use to own the Sony true wireless buds and they stopped working due to running in the rain, but these have so far have held up while running in the rain. The case is also much smaller and these headsets are also lighter.

Shipped without all of the eartips and best buy was unwilling to fix the issue without processing it as a return. At the time of writing, the item is sold out, so exchanges were not an option. "Certified" refurbished is a joke. What does that even mean if it can still be missing parts and y'all won't do anything about it beyond basic store return policy? I had to contact Samsung, who were kind enough to help. I should have bought directly from them. The experience has put me off of buying refurbished from Best Buy.

I am actually disappointed. They fall out my ears easily and are painful to wear. I cannot compare with other units, but the sound quality is poor at best. Many of these reviews are do not reflect the true quality of earbuds.

Sound quality is good noise canceling feature is nice the only downside is the fit in the ear even with different ear tips they still came out

Everything works well but few things missing from original box.

The sound is really good. Much better then my older airpods 2nd gen. Battery life is also a plus

At first i thought nothing of it since it was refurbished but surprisingly it was like new when i got it

Love the sound of these buds. Clear, precise. Wish they were a little "softer." After a while, my ear wants a break. Great value from Best Buy's refurbished store.

I returned this product after using it for a little over a week. Ppl couldnt hear me talk at times, having to disconnect them. The ear buds themself were heavy, and theres no wings on em to further secure the headphone in your ear so they would fall out when Id move aroubd. The sound quality itself was fine. I really didnt get a chance to test it out. Oh, and theyre kinda ugly. Shiney silver, shiney black, or shiney lavender... really?

Bought these refurbished. Great price and product was in like new conditions. If the need arises I would definitely do this again. As far as the actual product, the galaxy buds pro are an excellent earbud, they are feature packed and offer great sound. They are excellent for phone calls as well. People hear me clearly indoors and out. Truly feel they are the best buds for the money and at the refurbished price you can't go wrong.

They are good but the left one sounds static like for at least the first minute i out them in. And if you exercise with them the sweat and friction tears up the inside of my ears.
