I love using these items when i exercise, do work around the house, and practically anything i am doing

This item falls out of you ear way to easy and the person on tbe other line has trouble hearing you. I dont like them.

Love my Samsung Galaxy Pro Buds. Couldn't imagine starting my days eith at work or exercise without them. When its connected to my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ the sound is terrific. I love the way that I can adjust the sound to ambient while I'm out and about or evening working in my office. I can listening to my music without ambient on to hear just my music while working out and exercising.

I love these earbuds. Once you adjust fit you forget you have them on...

Got these after the first pair was icky. My son uses them every day for hours. Dropped, washed and much more. Zero issues.

If you have a samsung phone and need earbuds, these are the ones to get. They are often on sale and the quality is good. Noise cancellation could be better than. Not a fan of the gloss design vs the previous gen's matte design.

Work perfectly! Finally wireless buds worthy of jsinh and at a hreat price! Was missing a set of tips, but the ones that were there work fine, and I can always get more down the road

So far so good. These refurbished earbuds seem to work fine. Sound is good and all features are working good. Happy with sound and pricing of this product.

The fit of these is hard to keep seated in the ear. I bought aftermarket tips that helped but didnt completely fix. Earbuds came with tips missing but worked well for 100 days exactly. Using them about twice a week in an office environment and the left one has lost all sound or plays an earpiercing high pitch. Manufaturer warranty would have covered but geek squad certified expires at 90 days. Dont think I'll be buying anything geek squad certified in the future.

So far after everyones review they don't say what there headphones are hook up to,to say they don't like these headphones shame on you for not hooking it up to a samsung product,,

Excellent sound quality and battery life. Big things in a small package

Great value refurbished. Looks brand new, works perfectly. Compared to Airpods these retain a very good bass response but have cleaner mid and high tones. They don't have the convenient automatic connectivity to multiple Apple devices the airpods to, but sound great. Settings can't be adjusted from an iPhone but work fine from a PC using the Samsung Galaxy Bud app on the Windows store.

Got these refurbished at excellent price as backups for AirPod Pros.. They look like new and had new earpieces. Sound accuracy excellent with reasonable bass. Cleaner than the AirPods ANC effect minimal. Transparency mode is a bit too strong Connects readily. No app for iphone, but also use with Windows PC for which there is an app, but rarely need it since the main settings to adjust the modes are accessible by long pressing the left earpiece. Overall satisfied as purchased, but would have been been disappointed at usual prices for new.

Love them! They come in a smaller case so very easy to lose. You can locate a missing ear bud IF they are out of the case (One or both). If you lose the headphones within the case it doesn't show up in Smart Find which was frustrating to find out. But other than that they work great, not the best noise cancelling but will get the job done. Sounds quality is great and I appreciate that they don't fall out when jumping or doing push ups.

Even thought these are "Geek Squad certified" they will not be covered under any warranty even if you have a Total tech membership. I was told to contact customer support and after 10 days, a couple of phone calls from me to costumer care, I was essential told they will not rectifier this matter even though they can not explain why no warranty was added under my TOTAL TECH account. So, if you are buying these expecting to have warranty, just know you will not. I bought these right headphone eventually stopped working altogether, it would connect and but not produce any sound. The case also, stopped charging, it just blinks red when you try to charge it wireless or wired. This has been a horrible experience to deal with amplified with best buy customer support proving to be inept when it come to this product. Just save yourself the hassle wait for a sale on the new ones and get yourself a warranty so you don't just have a broken set of headphones in a year with nothing to show for it.

Lighter than the previous model. Sounds is way better and the battery last longer.

Came in great condition and fully functional.Noise canceling is great.

I wasn't sure about buying refurbished headphones at first, but decided to get 2 pairs because of the 60 dollar price. Other than the box, everything arrived in what I would call excellent condition, so if you are looking for a pair of galaxy buds pro, might as well get 3 pairs of these for just about the same price.
