incoming sound is good. would recommend cusomizing settings on gear app. outgoing is okay; i use to WFH over zoom calls. seems to be on par with a cheap wired headset. mic quality could be better (says the co-worker)

The sound quality that comes from these lil buds are so amazing. They are super comfortable and super easy to connect too.

If you're buying refurb, this is a good value for some pretty advanced wireless headphones. I have others that sound a bit better but they cost triple the price. Have a Samsung phone, these are a great pair to go with it.

They work for what I need. They have alright sound. If you balance your sound right they sound pretty decent. You definitely can tune people out if need be. They are definitely noise cancelling. They do pick up a lot of Background noise when you are talking on the phone. I really haven't checked to much into it, it might just be a setting or the fact that they were refurbished and had a under lying issue. Other than that I am happy with what I need them for.

I love using these headphones. Great sound and battery life is very good. Small enough to carry anywhere you go.

The ONLY gripe I have is that they come with the wrong ear tips, so they don't fit in the case quite right because of this. But really, that doesn't matter at all. Considering I got a perfect pair of Galaxy Buds for 60 bucks, I could not care less about them coming with the wrong ear tips. This is such a minor inconvenience. Would recommend to anyone. Pro-Tip: if you still have the AKG earbuds that came with your device, the ear tips on said earbods work perfectly.

Bought these for my mom. She isn’t good with technology but, she was able to set these up on her own. Once she got the hang of it she hasn’t put them down. She said she wonders how she lived without them. These were supposed to be geek squad renewed but, they were still sealed in original packaging. They had never been opened till we opened them. This was an excellent purchase. The right price and the right product.

I purchased refurbished headphones because I didn't want to spend an astronomical amount on headphones that barely last. They work fine. I only wish they were a bit louder but maybe its for the best.

Compared to the semi wireless Jaybirds I have, these for me are way more comfortable, sound great and loaded with useful features. I love that the case charges the earpieces and the case charges wirelessly on a pad like the phones do. Slick! The touch start/ stop takes some getting used to but works great. I bought refurbs and they are as new, good price.

Great earbuds...a little bulky but excellent sound quality and the ambient noise reduction is AMAZING. They did end up breaking and are no longer usable but it was my own fault. I do miss them!
