very good easy to connect but after using them for a while they do temp to hurt your ear ,this was my second pair since I had lost my 1st :(

The battery doesn’t really last very long and they don’t always automatically connect. But the sound quality is good.

Excellent true wireless Bluetooth ear buds. Sound is great bass is very good. Bluetooth phone calls sound good and the sound to caller is great too. Has a feature that you can hear what's going on around you or you can turn that off and hear nothing from outside. Open the case and the ear buds auto connect to phone. Wear one like a Bluetooth ear piece or both for stereo sound.

I've read the reviews for each refurbished galaxy bud and found many people like me with poor thoughts. From replacement eartips from a completely different brand to other missing accessories, Best buy does a terrible job packaging their refurbishes buds. Lets start with the good: - No sign of wear of any kind on buds and case. - Correct Color - Correct OEM Eartips - All other accessories included The Bad: - Missing one set of eartips and wing sets. - Given a micro usb charging cable instead of a usb C cable. I couldn't even charge them. Luckily I had a backup cable. Overall, the refurbished are great for the value.. if you get the right accessories. Best Buy does a terrible job repackaging their refurbished galaxy buds by including wrong accessories or missing items. If you're looking for a pair cheaper, buy open box ( to insure all OWM accessories are there ) or buy somewhere else. Galaxy Buds are worth every penny retail, I've bought 3 pairs over testing many brands. However, be weary of BB's refurbished produces as it will only be headache inducing for how clumsy their packagers are.

The sound quality is great, the fit is not good for running. I couldn't adjust the fit to stay in my ears as well as other wireless buds

i got the refurb and it came with all the extra ear pieces, etc. Didn't quite look brand new but these are great ear buds for the price I paid. Tried another brand or two and they weren't so great. If there is any shortcoming is that the charger container doesn't seem to store too much backup charging power....But since it is very small that's probably to be expected. BY the say, that is one of the very good things about them. The case is so small they are easy to carry around with you.

I absolutely love my ear buds. I dont like how the airpod ear buds look and these caught my attention and so glad I got these. The sound is so clear and loud. They are not uncomfortable at all. I was skeptical of the refurbished part but I would never have known, came in box like brand new with the paper manual and everything. Totally would recommend these.

Like all the other reviewers, I and missing the wings and recieved insignia ear tips that do not sit right. The ear buds themselves are seem to have ok sound, although I wish they had a bit more bass. I bought some cheap memory foam ear tips and after cutting them down a bit they fit comfortably, but I wish the sent the other set of wing so I could get a more secure fit. I might return.

Easy to use and sound quality is great and got it delivered quick

They could have more bass in them but I messed with the equalizer on my phone and it made a huge difference. Otherwise they're pretty decent!
