I bought myself a pair and April and love em. Couldn’t even tell they were refurbished. These are rough looking about of the box. The case is scratched up and there’s evidence that these didn’t get cleaned before being shipped. Gross!!!

It came with 3 pair of ear tips (INSIGNIA, NS-GSBRPL) and it doesn't seem to be the original. With the tips (I tried all of them) installed on the buds, it won't be charged in the case. I have to remove rubber tips to be able to charge. While it fits fine, the tips doesn't look the same as many images that I found on the Internet. While the original image show the rubber tips are close to the buds, mine are too far from it so it won't fit inside the case. If I can't resolve this issue, this will be returned.

The ear tips included weren't the original. Therefore, the ear buds no longer fit in the charging case unless you take the ear tips off. That defeats the purpose of portability.

This is my first pair of wireless headphones so I don't have a lot to compare to, but these are a great introduction to these devices. I use these mainly to commute to work on the train and they make my commute a bright spot in my day. The sound is great and they are easy to use with my Samsung Galaxy 9+. Pairing was simple, and they connect instantly every time when I remove them from the charging case. The other pros include size, as they are the smallest that I could find, and the ambient noise feature which allows me to stay aware of my surroundings. The price point is also appealing, as they are cheaper than most of the other options out there.
There are a couple of cons. First, I wish the ambient noise feature would stay enabled. Every time I reconnect, I have to go into the app and enable it. It should save your settings for the next time. Second, the touch features are hard to use. Different actions are initiated by the number of taps on the touch pads , but I have a hard time getting them to register, especially when three taps are required. Third, every once in a while the connectivity gets spotty. It's easily fixed by taking my phone out of my pocket, and then putting it back in my pocket, but it can be annoying and interrupts my zone.
All in all, I'm very satisfied with this purchase. It has some improvements that can be made, but hey, what product doesn't?

I've been using my refurbished Galaxy Buds for the past month. They provide really good sound and are a good fit for my ears. (There are some additional tips to get a better fit, also.) They first well inside the ear protectors I wear when using power tools, which the Apple-like ones do not. They require an additional app, but it is useful since you can customize what a touch on the right bud or left bud will do. I really like these ear buds and the refurbished ones were a great deal and are working flawlessly.

I got these refurbished galaxy buds for Christmas, and so far they function perfectly and sound great, I read some reviews saying that they didn't come with the right ear tips but mine came with the original boxes, paperwork, and all the eartips and wings aside from one size eartips.. Very happy with them!

As many other reviewers have stated, these are excellent true wireless buds. They paired immediately with my Galaxy S10 phone and I've worn them for 3+ hours multiple times with no battery issues. Usually still have 30-40 % showing. The sound is great and people have no problem hearing me when I use them to answer the phone. Love them and at $65 they were a great buy. But the replacement tips they came with are not the best. The larger set will not allow the charging case to close completely. The smaller set will fit into the case but I have to adjust them occasionally to get the case to fully close. I wish Samsung would offer replacement tips from their online store.
In short, great buds, great price, meh ear tips.

I purchased these earbuds to replace my previous generation Samsung earbuds. My old ones just never seemed to last more than an hour on a charge. I was sceptical went selecting these. I figured that if I didn't like them, I could always take them back. I love them. The battery will last all week for my workouts. With the selection of silicon inserts, they fit perfectly. Very good sound quality. They interface great with a Samsung phone.

I ordered these and a set of powerbeats pro at the same time. I was planning on returning these because I wasn't going to like them.
It's been a year later and I use these 80% of the time and my power beats pro the other 20% of the time.
Very versatile, connect very quick and easy easy to carry around in your pocket they work great for phone calls they work great for working out and running.
you can use the left one or the right one for phone calls whichever one you prefer unlike so many other brands where you have to use a specific side like the right side for phone calls.
As far as sound quality compared to the powerbeats pro I give powerbeats pro a 10. I give these a solid 8.5. I generally use my powerbeats pro when it's going to be raining and I want to work out or do some type of vigorous workout where I know they're going to stay in my ears. I've never had one of the Samsung buds fall out of my ears The closest I've had is one of them break the suction and start to come a little loose while working out.
------Quite a few reviewers have said that they lose connection while running. I have never had this happen I traditionally run on a treadmill or use a armband case while running outside. It's possible this could be happening if you leave it in your pocket and try to run I haven't tried that before. Or maybe samsung fixed something ------

I love these earbuds. They have great sound quality, are easy to use, and as refurbished items, very reasonably priced. Unfortunately, Best Buy packed non-original equipment manufacturer silicone tips (the brand on the bag was Insignia) which fit the earbuds, but did not allow the ear buds with the silicone tips on to charge properly in the charging case. This has lead to either ear bud being much more charged than the other unless a rubber band is used to keep the case closed. I've also almost lost an ear bud due to the charging case not being able to close.

These buds perform very well and offer a decent feature set. The only issue I have suggesting them to others is based on value. I got my set at nearly half price and feel the value is excellent, but anyone paying more than $85 may feel the value is a little squeezed. I love the fit and finish, portability, and sound quality. Although the sound quality is great, but the bass is a little shy of what I'd like, but not bad. At $115+ it might be a little overpriced for some people's value scale, but I'd imagine they would still appreciate their quality.

Wow! Was I missing out on the point of wireless earbuds. Late to the party does have it's advantages. I was able to score these great sounding, fine battery life, well integrated with my Samsung phone, earbuds for a fraction of the retail price. Though they are refurbished if it weren't for the packaging, I'd have never known. They work as advertised and I've had zero issues pairing them to my phone, watch, computer, etc.
I read some earlier reviews about slightly larger-than-OEM sized ear tips creating issues with the charging case. None of that here. All the tip sizes allow the case to fully close and, therefore, charge the buds.
If my experience is typical, buy with confidence.

Excellent value. The ones I received were genuinely like new with all off the original accessories in the box. A little over a year later and I still use them every single day. Wireless charging / battery case works as new, battery life on the buds is still great, and they sound great. The sound quality isn't amazing, but pretty good for the price point, especially if buying refurb.
The UI touch interface is very well integrated with Samsung Gear and super easy to use.

Bought these on sale. They are great, decent sound, fit ears well, bluetooth, good battery life, small size. The Apple Ear Pods don’t stay in my ears well, these include wings that provide additional fit for the ears. I jog often, and these are the first ear buds I don’t have to constantly adjust and they don’t fall out.
I bought to use with iPhone, so not all features are available as would be with a Samsung phone. So:with Apple IOS, they function only as ear buds.
Ear buds are 5 star, since can use Samsung software, zero stars, thus reason for 3 stars. If you own Samsung phone, great solution, don’t hesitate. If own iPhone, they are average earbuds with great fit.
