I'm an Android user and have been searching for a quality set of buds at a reasonable price. I've had hit and miss luck with refurb products in the past. However my experience with the Samsung buds has been quite good. Installation and setup was great. Only downsides is that sound isn't as crisp as I hoped and noise cancellation is lacking (but that is a noted feature).

If you intend to use these just as earphones they are very good, they sound very good and when you put the right sizes are very comfortable to wear and wont fall out easily. However, serious R&D need to be done on the microphone, even when working at its best I am told they sound tinny, they cut out when you talk frequently as well, they do however work perfectly when receiving voice communication, these could be 10 out of 10 if they develop a better mic or relocate it to work better, I personally take a lot of phone calls and use them for this purpose heavily, so the bottom line in my review is they are 5/5 as headphones but if you have to use them as 2 way communication then maybe look to apple or some other top brand, Samsung needs to better develop and improve these, 2/5 for this reason.

These are good quality ear buds and affordable price.

The headphones themselves are great! The team that refurbished the set I got are complete fools. The ear bud issue others reported was in full effect, they were too big for the case to close. Luckily I had others I could swap out. Also the idiots gave me one (left) with the small ear wing, and the other (right) with the large ear wing. These don't come with ear wings, so I had to buy replacements on amazon just to get them to match. Hey Best Buy! Get your crap together. When I buy a set of headphones I expect them to match. I don't think that is asking too much.

Amazing battery life. These earbuds are tough. I accidentally left them in a pocket and they went through the washer and dryer. The case came open but I found both and they still work like new!

Never brought a restored idem before, was a bit nervous. But over all, great quality. No defects what so ever. Have had them for about a month and work great through outdoor weather and with sweat.

These headphones work great and I can’t believe they were refurbished. They look and sound brand new and I doubt I would be able to tell the difference between these and a new pair.
