I bought a refurbished set and saved good money, I'm glad Best Buy offers refurbished items plus is honest with the condition. They did come with a set of different bud covers that don't fit as well as the original Samsung Brand, that's my only disappointment. Bought 1 son a set of Samsung Buds and the other has the apple budd, overall quality is Samsung is by far better hands down. Also much less expensive even with extended service contracts.

first, I have small ears and was hesitant on buying these, they fit great. not too big, and don't slip/fall out. they are comfortable. second, sound. out the box the volume was really low, but a lil googling, fixed that. they sound great. I received a good pair, tips are fine, etc. though I only got 2 sizes. pairing was simple w my 9+, just open the case. done.

The first question is whether you should purchase refurbished versus new. I've always had good luck purchasing refurbished and this was no exception. As per the sound, it's a little weak on the bass but I was able to compensate for it with adjustments to the equalizer. The fit is comfortable (even for me with my small ear canals). Setup was extremely easy to my Samsung Note 8. The last issue is if should you purchase the NEW Galaxy Buds over this one (last year's model). If you're a heavy user, you may want to pay extra and get extraordinary battery life and better bass response. That said, for the price paid, the performance, fit and quality is great. Highly recommended.

I bought these as a gift for myself and really enjoy them. I mainly use them to listen to music while I run/work out or sometime while I am just doing things around the house. They have a nice long battery life and are easy to program the settings in the app to what I like. They have great sound. I was a little worried they would fall out of my smaller ears but they fit well with no concerns. I would buy these again.

I have a pair of Apple ear pods and I use an android phone. In doing so you lose a lot of functionality. Enters the Galaxy Buds. The fit easily in you ear and stay there. I workout with mine and also run pounding the pavement and the never pop out and they always sound good. They rarely lose their connection. I have a Galaxy phone and the pair quickly and come with software to adjust the sound.

I bought these refurbished on a super sale on a whim because I had always wanted a pair, but couldn't justify the price. Totally worth it an if they ever upgrade I'll have no issue paying full price. Noise cancelling, sound quality top tier, feels surround sound, holds a charge amazingly (watched easily 4 movies and music all day until halfway empty), an fits like a glove. I highly recommend them.

These samsung earbuds came good as new. They fit perfectly inside my ear and it's lightweight so it doesn't bother my ear after long periods of time. Sound quality is great and can become very loud. I can walk away from my phone and go anywhere in my house without losing connection. I can wear 1 at a time or both and they last for hours.

These are my 2nd pair of truly wireless earbuds and these are by far the best. I work around a bunch of noise and these block out most of the noise without even turning my music on. But once I press play the background noise disappears. Click once for play,twice for next track and hold on right ear for volume up and left ear for volume down. I have a Samsung Note 8 and the connection was seamless. I really like the app too, you can make some adjustments to the sound you want from them. The great part about these is they were refurbished so I got them for $50 which is amazing. I have been waiting for them to drop in price and when I saw this was the deal of the day I jumped on it and I am glad I did. I would recommend these to anyone that loves music. They have a great sound and battery life is amazing. The lowest I have had the battery so far is 50% and that was after using them all day. Another major plus is the range. I don't like to carry my phone on me all day and with these I can walk 50 feet from my phone and still have no connection issues. Of course it depends on your surroundings also,your range might differ. If you want great sound and battery then these are a must have.

So you know i like to tell people whether to stay away from the product or buy it as i like to share and help people out. They are refurbish from geeksquad so you know i got a good deal $65 and i'm glad I brought these as they are very comfortable, fit perfect sounds great, mics work good, and the battery last a long time.

Got them for him as a surprise gift and he says they are comfortable, keep out other spunds except music and good volume controls! Makes me a lottle envious! They fit well and i can't hear anyone speak when they are on! They sound better than my airpods!also good product for the price, much cheaper!

These fit phenomenal, there were no issues with the tips as in previous posts. The sound quality is awesome and the battery life I'd phenomenal. The best part is the ambient sound feature - it allows you to still hear what's going on around you when you have them in!

I needed new headphones so when these went on sale, I decided to buy them and try them out. I couldn't afford new ones, but the refurbished fit my price range. First, I was surprised they fit so well. I went running with them in 95 degree weather and no problems. Battery life is good and the case it comes in is great. I'm afraid of misplacing the earpieces, but I remind myself to bring along the small case. It is small enough to fit in my pocket without being too bulky. It charges great too. Some reviews said the rubber earpieces are not factory replacements, but mine fit perfectly in and my case closes without a hitch. I am still getting used to the controls on either side of earpieces (volume, forward songs, etc) but that will just take time. To sum up my review, if and when these go on deal of the day, I will buy my second pair of these earpieces.

Had bought this over a year ago and still works perfectly for a refurbished product, everything is good on these galaxy buds, sound quality, battery life, charging, case, and the buds themselves were in great condition.

I gifted this to my husband last year 2019 for Father's Day, and it's been a year and they still work... he loves them and use them everyday at work... the battery does last long... the size is good the quality and the sound are really good

I really like these headphones. Convenient, crisp sound, no problem using one for phone calls. Quick to connect to my note 8. Only downfall was ordering refurbished as they didn't come with all the ear wing attachments only the large ones and they also came with after market ear plugs that I am going to have to change.

From the first time he put them in, he said they feel comfortable and stay in his ears. No trouble connecting to his phone, battery life seems decent, and the sound quality is pretty good. I keep telling him to turn them down.

Got them as a gift for my bro in law. Loves the fit and charging / battery life vs. airpods 2 gen. No issues on the refurb either, sound new, but box was in horrid shape

These sounded terrific with music on my my Samsung Galaxy Note Plus, but not so great as headphones when making calls,because of the background noise according to the other party! I tried 2 pairs and the results were the same. If you want an awesome sounding media headphones, these are it, and the price is really affordable for what they offer!

These earbuds sound great and pair easily every time to my samsung note. fit is great and bass is just right. These will make your life so much easier and relaxing.
