Good sound, but needs improvement

The mic is absolutely terrible on them, but I use them for convenience and a tangle free workplace.

I'm not sick (thank God). Took me a while to figure out how to use them. Sound quality is great, and easy to use. Glad I purchased them!

Wrong tips so case doesn't close, no hooks, etc.

The Insignia brand tips are sufficiently large that they keep the case from fully closing. If 'Geek Squad Certified' is supposed to instill confidence about what you're getting, they failed miserably here. Returning.

Wireless charging is working however. I leaning toward returning them because of that.
