I Love these Buds. The sound is great, good bass, good clarity. They hook up immediately after opening the charging pod, the touch controls work great, Controls can be adjusted on the app,like using them for voice control or volume up and down. I don't know why they're refurbished, but they were a great price and work perfectly, My son talked me into buying these and I'm glad he did, His cost $130, These were $54.99. Highly recommended

I love them. The sound quality is outstanding. Clear bass and trebles. No distortion at all. I have a Bose in-ear buds and I have had difficult times trying to pair them with my Samsung smart TV and when I got them paired, only the right side sounds, the same happened with Dr. Beats' headphones but with these ones I got a seamless and instantaneous connection with no latency. They are the best in-ear Bubs I have had so far.

Awesome price only issue the tips they replaced with did not fit when closing luckily I prepurchased some official earbud tips... Now the charge successfully and are awesome for music videos.....

Got them on sale and easy to set up for two phones, charge quick and hold the charge long time

great earbuds and getting refurbished ones they were half the price of new ones and work just as good

I bought these used at Best Buy. They came with Insignia ear pieces, but I did find some that fit and were able to allow the case to close and charge. I had the Icon X 2018 version, and what it did, was allow me to hold the button down and access Google Assistant, this doesn't. The Icon X 2018 also seemed to have better ambient sound than these. Would I recommend them at full price? NO, these shouldn't even be above 100 dollars. At most, maybe 80 or so. If you can get brand new Gear Icon x 2018 ones, get those, or trying getting the Gear Buds Plus.

They have good sound quality. So far no problems with the refurbished item and are working fine.

I wish I would have read reviews before my purchase. Now that I know everyone has the same problem of receiving replacement eartips that DO NOT FIT in the charging case I feel less dumb/inept. Replacement tips guaranteed to fit can be found on Amazon for $15-$20 which is still less than a pair of new buds and you can get foam tips for that price which many people would say are much better that the silicon tips provided. OEM replacements can be purchased through Samsung but I am unaware the price as it was a crazy hastle trying to get them ordered via their chat service.

I give these a 10. My favorite feature is you can only wear one and the quality is just as good.

I love the interface of the earbuds with my phone , watch, and tablet. Very easy to set up and use.

I'm not very satisfied with the earbuds. They disconnect from my phone while listening to music for no reason. It takes a few minutes to reconnect.

I bought these as an open box. They were perfect but the box was crushed! They work great!
