I received the product without the oem eartips. They gave some insignia eartips which is not suitable to use with the charging case. It won't charge the earbuds when you close it with the insignia eartips. Have to look for smaller eartips , but that makes it difficult to wear. So returned it. But the earbuds and case looks and work new.

I've had these earbuds for 4 months. They arrived as if try they were brand new. No issues. Work just like the full price version o bought my husband and daughter but at a fraction of the price. Two sizes to choose from. Fit in the charging case without any issues. Why spend more when you don't have too?

Didn't come with ear hooks plus they didn't come with original ear tips. This made them unable to be charged and the case wasn't able to be closed. I returned them the next day

Did not come with original rubber ear pieces. Other than that, quality and sound are great.

I saw it on sale then I was like wow! I need to get this. Apparently it seems to be working great since.

Ordered the refurbished earphones. Right unit wouldn't connect. Samsung replaced the set.

Best Buy insults with sending the buds with incompatible ear tips and does not even bother to pair ear wings. This should be highly emphasized as the cost for proper replacements will run about an additional $10 or so. For someone with no former experience with these buds, this could have been a nightmare situation. How thoughtless.

Got the refurbished ones which were less than half of airpods pro. No complaints. Not as intuitive as other headphones.

It's a hit or miss. The lights don't always work. So I'm not sure it's charging.

Amazing for about a week! The battery life was avarage, surprisingly comfortable and comfy. I got my pair from Geek squad Certified Refurbished so it didnt last long till it started to screw up and fail on me. The charge went from 8 hrs of use time to 3. At times it will loose connection and struggle to reconnect. All in all they were a good pair of earbuds and loved the color.

- the battery is worn, earbuds battery life is 2hrs in my case instead of stated 5hrs - whenever I tap on the earbuds to play/pause, switch songs I hear beeps. Tested on a variety of smartphones including Galaxy S9. I don't recommend it. Though I may buy new ones with a new battery and without beeping. This one cannot be replaced with a new product as it's a refurbished product bought from 3rd party.

I purchased these earbuds for my brother in law as a Christmas gift. They were easy to sync and he uses them everyday.

This was my first Geek Squad Refurbished item purchase. Works good, but disappointed that it came without a box and manuals. Also bad that you cant purchase Geek Squad protection plan on their certified refurbished item :(

The headphones are working condition but was missing one of the interchangeable tips. Specifically the small.

Silly that Samsung doesn't have replacements cases that I would happily purchase. Luckily the refurbished ones work just fine and I got the replacement case I needed. Yes, they come with non-Samsung ear inserts but that didn't affect me since I didn't lose my original buds and packaging

bought these on a whim but came out to be a great purchase, work great and fit perfectly and comfortably

After comparing these Refurbished bought Galaxy Buds Earbud Headphones with the Galaxy Buds+ and the Galaxy Buds Pro, also purchased at Best Buy, I can only give these Buds an average rating, despite their comfortable wear/ear fit, the audio listening and call quality is much worse than the upgraded Galaxy Buds devices.

I just received my Samsung Galaxy Buds but in my order just get the case and the Galaxy Buds, I'm not receive the cable and the 4 pairs of ear tips. Trying to call costumer service but let me on hold and after couple of minutes hang out. The good the order came on time but unfortunately incomplete.
