they were in decent condition but visible used. They where really dirty they were covered in what was possibly ear wax and whatever else I had to scrb them down.

Does what it is suppose to do. Like the wireless charging too. Mine were new in the package.

I bought these to match up with my Samsung Galaxy and they connect really fast. The case is sweet also.

With being refurbed it has stood the test so far as have had it since December. So far the wife loves it.

Deep bass. Didn't seem like a refurbished products. My go to when working out.

Connect to my Samsung phone with no problem. I only wish the base sound was as good as my beats buds.

I bought these recently and love them, then the left one started to drain the battery 5x faster than normal and made the battery case drain in less than a day. I restarted them, updated the software, cleaned the charging connection points in the case and nothing changed. So I finally go fed up and decided to try and return them, well I was ONE day too late and couldn't return them. So I contacted Best Buy and they said the only way was to have them fixed by a Samsung certified Best Buy, well there's only TWELVE states that have such a Best Buy and my state is not one of them. And customer support said that was the only way to get them fixed. So now I have a defective product, no way to return it, and no way to have them fixed by the place I bought them from where they are "certified". Love the product, hate the store. If you're going to buy Galaxy Buds, buy them new or from another store.
