Arrived without any of the ear tips. Plus there was ear wax in the mesh area where the sound comes out. I can't speak to the quality of the buds themselves as I wasn't able to use them.

My left ear bud dont connect unless i have my right ear in.. this is my 2nd pair i purchased from best buy.. will not purchase from best buy again!

Most reviews complain about the ear bud tips that came can with them. Well I didn't even get ear bud tips. I couldn't believe it. Talked to bby support and they discounted them more to make up for it, but jeez. It's almost laughable

Instead of official samsung earbud tips, they give you some terrible insignia ones. The insignia ones don't even fit properly so the charging case doesn't close all the way.

I know I ordered a refurbished product but at least it should work. BB sent me a broken piece and it never worked with my S20+. Charged whole night, Case indicates green light but Bluetooth doesn't come up. Tried to pair with Android, Apple, PC and exhausted. Product comes up with Insignia earbud tips and wingtips not the original Samsung tips and they didn't fit well. Had to press down R ear bud into the charging case to get it charged. Just leaving ear bud into to caes didn't work because of the size of Insignia earbud tip. So annyoed with BB service. Now again need to spend some more time to return these.

Bought these(45 days ago) and they worked great until I was planking at the gym and one fell out 8 inches to the ground and totally stopped working. High priced junk!

They maybe ok for brisk walking, but not for jogging. They will fall out every time no matter how much you twist them in your ear. Also sound quality is not the best either.

I purchased the ear buds February 20, 2020 and on March 10, 2020 the right one went out and want charge up at all. Bad product or maybe I just got bad luck

I understood that there was an element of risk when purchasing anything refurbished and accepted it. The left earbud goes in and out periodically which is annoying but, again, I accept it.

One of the earbuds the sound all of a sudden went very low and does not go up anymore. I'm very disappointed, i loved these earbuds, when they both worked

Battery doesn't last more than 30 minutes. The case holds only one charge. after one month they hardly work. worst purchase ive made.

The left year piece was not working. I returned them for new one and the replacement was having the same issue. I not sure if it was because it was a Geek Squad certified product.

They were great until a month or so of owning them they still connected and showed up on my phone but no sound would come from the left. Common issue according to forums.

Why would they give replacement tips that wont work with the charging case. Also didnt come with the rings to customize to your ear. Returned.

They worked well for the first partial month but all of a sudden, the left bud would no longer charge nor turn on. May I please return them and have a refund please.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son and when it didn't make it for Christmas I told him that it was on it's way. The tracker stated it was in transit so I kept thinking it would be delivered any day. about a week after Christmas I called to find out what was going on to be told that it was out of stock and they could do nothing to help. I would have been ok with this had I known before Christmas as my son doesn't ask for much and this was one of the very few items that he did ask for.

Soo the Galaxy Buds themselves are great, but the replacement ear tips do not let the case close... Nor do they charge in the case. There should be the ear tips and the secondary seal for these. I ordered the actual replacement tips on Amazon. Best Buy should not sell these with the Insginia tips as they do not work at all.

I understand i bought a refurbished item, but even so, it should had been in 100% working condition... i bought two pairs... in one pair only one earbud was working and the other earbud you could barely hear it even playing it in full volume... On the other pair... both of the earbuds were playing just fine except that the touch commands were not working... went to the store like a ;and they said that they couldn't fix them and that i had to returned them and buy new ones...

Glad I only paid 50 bucks for these. Left bud drains quickly and doesn't seem to charge well. Refurbished but maybe weren't tested after? Kinda disappointed.

Purchased these as a gift they worked well for about a month and then went completely out. Not sure if I would purchase this brand again..
