Avoid Geek squad referb

Thankfully covid closure extended return time and I was able to exchange them for another set. Got the second set. 4 days after return period ended (17 days) right ear stops working. No Samsung warranty because they are refurbished. Just spend the extra $ to get them new.

Very Disappointing

However, Best Buy’s Geek Squad clearly doesn’t understand what refurbished means. The original earpieces were not in the box, the case was scratched, and worst of all the LED indicator didn’t light up! That is NOT refurbished and I am getting my money back!

The only reason I don't return them is cause the store is to far away from me.

Only earbuds and case, even no ear cups

No ear tips, no secure fit wingtips, no charging cable included, not to mention the manual. Even DIRTY. Extremely disappointed with the quality of Geek Squad Certified Refurbished. I will never buy Geek Squad Certified Refurbished products.
