I had buds 1 using like an year. its good but dont like quality when i use for phone call. buds + become so much better when using for phone call and bettery last much more longer ! sound quality got better also compare to previous version. i love buds+ with its acceptable price.

I was a little skeptical purchasing a refurbished device,however these earbuds have always been on my radar and normally are very expensive,so when I seen these for 59.99 I couldn't help but jump on the deal.Best decision yet totally worth the price and are in brand new shape.

Great product, sound great, fit great, only problem is that they didn’t come with medium earbuds

I bought these January 2020 and I received 3rd party tips. Just like everyone says - the tips are pretty bad. They keep the case from closing all the way, they aren't very good in general, and, something I hadn't seen mentioned in other reviews, they had a habit of coming off in my ears when I took the earbuds out. Pretty alarming the first time it happened! I had to use tweezers to get them. Any tip larger than the smalls will keep the case from closing and the buds from charging. The size of the tip also affects how the buds lay in your ears. I needed a medium to create a seal but they push the buds out a bit at an angle that can be uncomfortable on my tragus. It makes them more visible and perhaps makes using gestures a bit clumsier. The sound quality is good. Not super amazing but good. I was still using LG Tones before and these are a step up. They seemed well cleaned and without defect. I am planning to purchase Comply foam ear tips. Hopefully they fix the issues caused by the low quality 3rd party tips. Unfortunately getting OEM tips seems a huge hassle; they aren't available anywhere online. You'll have to decide if the $50 or so is worth the extra hassle. Comply ear tips are at least $10 so keep that in mind. I don't usually go in for refurbed but this seemed like a great deal. I would probably buy new though, if I were to do it again.

Easy to use, they connected right up to my Galaxy 9 phone. Sound is good, happy with my purchase so far.

The only other buds I enjoy better are the Bose buds. For price these are the bomb. They are refurbished

Samsung always provides good quality sounds on most of their headphones. So buying a refurbished one might not make any difference, quality of the sounds is still good, comes with complete box and accessories, no scratches or anything. In short, it looks brandnew to me. But personally the earbuds size is a little bit big for my ears, it hurts if I wear it for 15-30 mins. But still the sound quality is good and the mic aswell.

Sync perfectly and easily with Samsung Galaxy and the various sizes of ear pieces are great.

I was hesitant on purchasing these, but I'm glad that I did! The battery life last forever, the buds don't hurt your ears over a prolonged time period, aside from the astounding quality of sound, I can place them on any wireless charger is what takes the cake for me! A++++

I was so impressed with these. I wasn't sure what I would get because they're refurbished. They came looking new. They sync perfectly with my phone. The only problem I have is that they do not work when I have my phone in my pocket. I don't know if it's the headphones being used, or that's just how they are. Even with that I don't regret this purchase. I will just buy refurbished headphones from here from now on.

Hard to find in ears that will fit and stay in my ear these stay no problem and sound awesome!

The headphones sound pretty good and battery time is fine, only real issues are sometimes they stop playing when laying down and range can be inconsistent. These issues aren't all the time but the inconsistency messes up immersion and it's hard to know what causes it

They have good sound and are very easy to set up. I have had no problems with these and love them

These earbuds sounds surprisingly good. And they are easy to pair with a Samsung phone

So far so good. Easy to connect, sound is very good, better than I thought it would be. Never owned a pair of buds so I thought I'd take a chance on the geek squad refurbished for the price and am very pleased with the purchase. Good job geeks, thanks.

The earbuds work good, last all day long and haven't slipped out of my ear!

I'm not very experienced in earbuds. These are excellent. Easy to set up and use. Can't tell they were refurbished. Sound is wonderful. I am not an expert, but do enjoy highs, lows, and some bass. Has all I like.

Fits real well and don’t fall out. I really wish they got louder but it will suffice.

I got these on sale recently and definitely worth the I've never tried the Airpods because I own an Android phone, but for the price they're are worth it. Discrete, small, sound is about 4 stars but a 5 Star sounds comes from over$150 headphones.
