Yikes! Sounds great no issues. Sometimes slips out of my ear, but easy enough adjustment that I can handle it. I haven't tried running with them yet to see if they stay in place. But the person on the other end and when using them in meetings, it sounds like I have something in my mouth and the sound is distorted. Horrible for work!! I'm very disappointed which is why I rated this only 2 stars. If I'm listening to something it's great, but if I have to speak the sound is terrible to the other person that hears me. Why did I spend this money when I should have just bought new.

My pair did not include the medium sized ear tips. I ordered memory foam ear tips to get a proper fit and seal (an extra $20). The previous owners name was still assigned to the earbuds once they were paired with my device (a samsung s10). I can't yet judge comfort, sound quality, or noise cancelation until I get a proper fit in my ear, but initial impressions are good noise cancelation and average sound quality.

I bought this Bluetooth from the best buy store, and I liked it very much, and it worked well for me, but I forgot it at my workplace, and whoever found it did not return it or deposit it at my workplace, and although this Bluetooth contains tracking and knowing its location, I did not want to embarrass whoever took it, thank you

It works perfectly well. Though I do have 2 complaint and its that the case came a bit scratched up and its understandable because its open box. But another thing I disliked was that it was missing a pair of tips , to be precise it was the medium ones. The box only brought small and large and I read its supposed to bring all 3 (Large,Medium,Small) Then again the price is less than half the original and the buds work perfectly

To be fair I got mine refurbished, that being said for $80 it was shouldn't have as bad as it was. They're not very comfortable or stay in. The touch features didn't work properly. Inconsistent sound quality, sometimes the sound would just randomly drop from one bud. The microphone was awful and had to yell to be heard. Worst of all major connectivity issues, the synchronization features stopped working after a few months. I got lucky and never had to re-sync them to my phone or switch but could never connect then to anything else. They would also randomly disconnect. Would not recommend.

They sound good and feel good, but fall out any time i bend over just a little too long. Also, the tap to skip songs or lower volume often gets triggered accidentally when I'm trying to adjust them in my ear. Sometimes when I do adjust them it'll start lowering the volume without me even touching it anymore due to it contacting my ear incorrectly.

Good price and they work and look like new i used this ear buds everyday at my job

I have 4 Galaxy Buds and best earbud never had any issues

Nice and clean sound. One issue is that after 20 minutes, a little discomfort since it's bigger than other ones.

They are nice. I bought them as a replacement when I lost my first set of Buds Pro 2s. The cost difference is considerable and makes it a worthwhile purchase. But, buyer be aware that when you purchase the earbuds that there will be no tips included. I'm glad I had extras from my original purchase.

The ears buds them selves are fantastic!! I've enjoyed the fit. Im picking as I hav smaller ears and they seem to fit well and dont fall out. The only down side is they said they came with several size bud pads. But did not. I had to buy them.

So I found these earbuds on a refurbished deal. They came in the original packint. Everything inside looked great. Sound quality functionality amazing.

I was hesitant about getting these refurbished, but they came in great condition and work excellent, only thing is that they were missing the medium size gummy things that go on the ear buds but since I wear the large it wasn't an issue for me

Love the soind quality. It also has awesome features such as alerting you to move your neck if youve been staring ar your phone for too long, and being able to recognize when youre talking and lowering the volume so you can hear yourself talk.

Great sounds. The noise canceling is awesome.My favorite ear buds
