I was a little on the fence about buying refurbished, but I'm happy to report that these earbuds have been a real treat, from the get go everything felt surprisingly premium, the packaging wasn't neat and tidy as it didn't have the original package, but when I opened it I was looking almost a brand new product, inside I found the earbuds snug in their charging case, along with extra ear tips and a USB C charging cable, there wasn't a scratch or smudge in sight they looked like they had just rolled off the assembly line lol. The Graphite color has this sleek understated vibe and the matte finish helps with fingerprint smudges, also the charging case feels sturdy and well made, and that hinge action is smooth and solid. Honestly it was clear that these earbuds had been checked and prepped before finding their way to me, which was kinda of a surprise because I had read some reviews that stated the contrary and I was a lil worried. Now lets talk about the sound quality because, let's face it that's what really matters, these earbuds sound really good, the 24 bit Hi-Fi audio makes a real difference, we're talking rich, balanced sound that elevates music, movies, and even those mundane phone calls, the bass is punchy and satisfying without being overpowering, which is perfect for my EDM and hip hop playlists, it hits just right without muddying up the rest of the mix, vocals and instruments in the mids are crystal clear, and the highs are crisp and detailed, acoustic tracks sound pretty good, the soundstage for wireless earbuds it's surprisingly wide, it's easy to pick out individual instruments and spatial audio effects, which enhances the whole listening experience, especially when watching movies, and they get plenty loud without any distortion, a major plus when you're trying to drown out the world around you, they make that movie or Spotify playlist sound really good! Moving on to the ANC I was really looking forward to this feature, and it did not disappoint. Samsung did a good job with noise isolation, just pop these earbuds in, turn on ANC, and the outside world just melts away (unless is a very noisy environment), but it does help in a noisy coffee shop, turning the usual hustle and bustle into a peaceful background hum, allowing me to focus on my work, during my commutes, it cuts down on engine noise and chatter, making the ride way more enjoyable, and at home it's perfect for tuning out those everyday distractions like the dishwasher or the TV in the next room, sure it might not be quite up there with the top tier models in that department, but for the price, especially as a refurbished deal it's remarkably effective, and when I do need to be aware of my surroundings ambient sound mode is a lifesaver, as it lets me hear what's going on around me without yanking the earbuds out, perfect for a quick chat or when I'm out for a walk, it enhances surrounding sounds just enough without making them sound artificial or over amplified, it's been super handy for multitasking. Comfort is a big deal for me, and these buds fit like a glove, they provide a variety of ear tip sizes, and once I found the right ones they stayed put without feeling too tight, I can wear these for hours on end – whether I'm working or even hitting the gym without any ear fatigue, they're lightweight so I often forget I'm even wearing them, and they stay securely in place, even during light workouts and jogs. Battery life is solid too, I usually get around 4-5 hours of continuous playback with ANC on, which is more than enough for my daily needs, the charging case provides another 16-18 hours or so, giving me nearly a full day's worth of juice before I need to plug them in, they charge up quickly via USB C, and the wireless charging is super convenient when I can just plop them down on my wireless charger, some folks have mentioned that the battery life might dip a bit over time, but I haven't noticed any significant drops yet. Pairing the earbuds with my devices was a breeze, thanks to Bluetooth 5.3, the connection is stable, and there's minimal latency when watching videos, the auto switch feature is very convenient if you're in the Samsung ecosystem, letting the earbuds seamlessly switch between my phone and laptop, the touch controls are responsive, allowing me to easily play/pause, adjust volume, and answer calls, they are a tad sensitive, though, so I've had a few accidental touches here and there. Call quality is another strong suit, the built in mics do a great job of picking up my voice clearly, even in moderately noisy places, during voice chats, the noise reduction helps filter out background distractions, in extremely noisy environments some background noise still gets through, but it's not a deal breaker by any means, even though they're refurbished, the build quality is impressive. They're rated IPX7 water resistant, meaning they can handle sweat and the occasional splash, making them great for workouts and outdoor activities, the biggest win here is the price to performance ratio, buying them refurbished saved me a good chunk of change compared to buying brand new, and honestly, the performance feels just as good.
