Excellent sound and came in good conditions, the only con was that the medium eartips didn't came in the box, only the small and large eartips, but in general good product, 9/10

Great price and came brand spanking new. I never woulda guessed they would arrive flawless. Great quality sound. Unfortunately I lost them while clipped to my belt loop but I just ordered another pair being that they're so affordable. Love them.

These Samsung earbuds are great for if you just want wireless earbuds with good all around qualities like noise canceling and sound quality at an affordable price point. They are excellent at there price point but begin lacking once you go a few steps up. To summarize, these are amazing earbuds because they do a little bit of everything really well at a hard to argue price point.

The galaxy buds 2 pro have excellent sound and a good chunk of customizability. They're relatively comfortable (enough for me to use them to sleep), and they have never fallen out. The noise cancelling is pretty good, but i don't have much to compare to. The ambience mode microphone on mine are not good, and often go a bit glitchy at times- giving somewhat of a static or loud noise. I appreciate being able to adjust ambiance volume and using the buds in one ear as i have unilateral hearing loss.

The Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro are the best headphones! I've used many other brands, but I like these buds because 1) they block out external noise when I'm talking, 2) people say that they can hear my voice clearly when I talk, 3) the speakers produce excellent sound. Battery life is legit. I use these earbuds for 6+ hours before I need to recharge. I also like that I can wear the Left bud for 6 hours and if that battery needs recharging, I can wear the Right bud for 6 hours. (I wear just 1 bud when I snowboard and want to hear sound of my surroundings and listen to music in the other ear).

The battery life could be better I feel like the buds2 have a better battery life, but other than that they’re great the ANC and Ambient sound are great the Ambient sound is my favorite feature and works great both sound features work better then the Buds2. Buying these refurbished didn’t diminish quality at all and was good money spent on the upgrade.

Fantastic sound tuning, and comfortable enough to wear them under my helmet as ear protection on longer motorcycle rides (not technically advisable lol). Only thing is, the case isn't my favorite form factor in the pocket, and the buds don't feel the most secure for workouts.

Comfortable fit. Great sound. Good bass. Nice integration with my Samsung phone. This is my 2nd purchase of the same ear buds. I had to get them for a family member after they heard the sound. Battery life is pretty good too at about 6 hrs

Great headphones! Upgrades from the Samsung Live as I needed a spare set and didnt want to pay full price for a pair I wasnt sure about. The refurbs were great! No connectvity issues and they came in a new box with a new cord and new pieces. No scratches or gunk like others are saying, so maybe they just got a bad set? They looked and work like new. Would definitely buy another set at the price, especially with best buys return policy of being able to send them back if they are less than great because they are Geek Squad Certified. Would recommend.

The noise cancelation is a good addition but you can still hear some of the outside boise, the best part is the microphone to Listen to ohtside conversation even while listening to music, not so water resistant as mines just dies after being washed by accident. In comfortability, I wil say 70% because they do tend to fall off... overall very good audio quality.

Great sound and battery life, as well as the application being very user friendly on my Samsung 21+. However the fit in the ear is a little weird and requires adjusting from time to time, I really do like the headphones but no matter what tip I put on them I can't quite seem to get the perfect fit to stay. I got them refurbished and on sale, that's the only way I'd recommend them to someone.

I really like how it sounds! I think it just doesn't fit my ear the best which is subjective. The refurbished version works great and I like that I paid less than half of a brand new one! The rubber earbuds didn't come in purple though which was quite disappointing but overall I was happy with my purchase! Definitely works great with my samsung phone too.

Not sure who is designing for samsung these days but each new set of ear buds are getting worse for design and fit. Now they are doing away with the med size caps. The sound quality is good. The battery time is getting better but when you add soo many features that aren't important to a lot of people it kills battery time. Maybe they will get it right with the next version... I still recommend these but they could be better.

Got these earbuds on sale, open box, about half off. Was a little creeped out about open box earbuds but they came with new ear inserts so it wasn't weird. The package was different but everything looked and seemed brand new. This isn't the first open box I've gotten and Best Buy does a great job. The Samsung pro earbuds themselves are pretty awesome for the price. The complaints i have so far are the pass through on ambient sound sometimes sounds crackled, although i usually have it on nose cancelling. Also the app on my galaxy ultra 22 is not amazing but it's functional. No eq or fancy bells and whistles but easy to use. The touch control on the earbuds themselves can be a little clumsy for me also. The good is they have been very easy to use and fit well. I like the feel and look of the buds. They are dark grey, not white like apple stuff, and fit my style better. They fit under my helmet when i bike, snowboard, ect. comfortabley. The connection is great, no Bluetooth drop issues. Maybe an update will fix the negatives anyways so all and all I'm happy with these buds, especially for the price i got them for at best buy.

I love them. Very different than traditional ones. Very easy to use. I love how when i speak the music turns down so i can hear ny surroundings but be careful to not sing along to your songs. The quality is best at medium in my opinion so far but they are clear and nice. Really no complaints honestly. I got mine open box and no issues, looks new and came clean.

These buds were amazing sound quality was great. The size and fit was not the best. About 30 minutes into my workout they kept wanting to fall out. If you're commuting these are great. ANC worked really well and blocked out most of the daily noise. Overall these are great buds for commuting, but not so much for working out.

I bought the Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro wireless earbuds a few months ago and I was very happy with them at first. They had a good sound quality, a comfortable fit, and a long battery life. But after a few weeks, they started to have problems connecting to my phone. Sometimes they would disconnect randomly, sometimes they would not pair at all, and sometimes they would only play sound in one ear. I tried resetting them, updating the firmware, and changing the settings, but nothing worked. I contacted Samsung customer service, but they were not helpful either. They just told me to do the same things I already did, or to send them back for a replacement. I was very disappointed with this product and the service.

Bought them for my son. He loves them. Compared to the buds live, he definitely likes these more. He has smaller ears, and these stay in without difficulty. He says they are by far the most comfortable ear buds he's had, and the sound quality is very good. They hold a charge for hours and he hasn't had any issues with them, even though they were refurbished. Came in the original box with all the original components. I chose refurbished because he's lost so many sets of earbuds, and will probably purchase refurbished moving forward due to price point and quality.

This is the best set of galaxy buds i have owned they fit better sound better and last longer than any set before
