I have a Galaxy phone so the airpods were out. I tried jabra, beats pro, and Buds2. These Buds2 Pro was the winner hands down. My quest is over. The noise cancelling and ambient settings are pretty good. I love you can set them to turn music way down when it hears you speak and switches to ambient sound. Also, the 360 sound head tracking gives them a more realistic experience. The tap settings are phinicky but ill take the trade off.

But they are heavy in your ears after a while so it becomes uncomfortable. Also if you have small ear holes even the smallest tip doesn't keep them in.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Before wearing your Buds2 Pro, make sure the earbud tips are properly attached. Wearing your earbuds properly will ensure they remain comfortable when you’re listening to your favorite content. If the earbud tips do not fit comfortably, you can try a different size to get a tighter seal. This will improve the microphone’s performance and provide a stronger sound. With the Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Put the earbuds in your ears and then tap Start to begin the test. The proximity sensor will automatically detect that you are wearing the earbuds when you put them on. Once this happens, they will turn on and emit a beep. If the proximity sensor does not make contact with your ear, the earbud may not work. Good battery life, fast charging, lkve the ambient mode, and silent mode for work especially. I did misplace my right earbud some months ago and was sure I'd find it again. Dirty and Won’t Charge

There is visible earwax on the buds and inside the case. The case itself is so worn. Disturbing that this was considered appropriate for resale. No charging cord would turn the buds on. Waited 2 hours, no charge. Returning.

I am able to silence background noise and rock out. Good quality for price. The only small thing with this refurbished set is the right bid does respond to touch quickly.
