Awesome earbuds the envy of the office. A few coworkers bought them too. Really love my Galaxy buds2.

The earbuds are GREAT! The sound is awesome. Easy pairing and management with my Galaxy S23. The BAD! I bought these as Geek Squad Certified Refurbished. They worked for music only. The ANC and other features did not work. I was able to get them fixed directly by Samsung on warranty. Everything is perfect now.

Didn't know what to expect with a refurb, but I saved a ton of cash to replace my lost ones, and they work perfectly. If this is the expectation for refurb, I'll try it again with other electronics to save $$$

These are amazing! They are super simple to connect. They are perfect for working out and daily studying for school. I love the feature of being able to listen to surrounding while running. I highly recommend these to anybody.

I purchased these refurbished Samsung earbuds a few months ago and have found them to be in excellent condition with no issues. I use them daily and would certainly recommend them

At first i was skeptical because this was refurbrished. After receiving it in the mail i tested them out ob my phone, it sounded good and performed better than i tought. Everything came in as if if was new. Im more confident in refubrished items from best buy now.

I decided to go with Galaxy Buds after losing my Apple AirPods. They are great and I highly recommend them. The only issues for me is that I have small ears so they hurt after a while and they arent very I phone-friendly.

These “refurbished” models are basically just used defective units that have been returned and not fixed. Have returned and exchanged 3 times and all 3 pairs have been horrible. Rattling sound, only go to half volume and cad to clean them before they would charge from corrosion on them. I’ve owned a new set of these head phones and they were the best pair I’ve used. Best Buy’s refurbish department is a scam

The earbuds themselves are excellent, the plastic/rubberized aftermarket pieces that fit in the ear are not so great and don't have a great fit either in the ear or to the buds themselves. They stayed in my ear after removal I ended up purchasing a set from Samsung which are far better. Overall a great purchase.

Over great wireless headphones, battery life and wireless charging case are both superb. Would definitely not hesitate to buy these.

It was finally time to upgrade my Samsung Galaxy buds and oh boy, am I glad I did. These refurbished Galaxy buds pro 2 work perfectly. I've had no issues whatsoever. Opened them up and they connected to my Samsung Galaxy S22 immediately. Sound quality is amazing! A great buy. Don't shy away from the refurbished items.
