I love the product but the quality appears muffled at times

I love my ear buds. Being refurbished, i paid half the cost and they work amazing. Practically beand new, honestly I could not tell they weren't.

Not great. They fall out all the time i have used all 3 bud sizes and used the ear fit option and nothing. Sound is ok when they are in you ear completely. Touch sensors are horrible they wont answer phone calls. I also feel like i have to keep tapping everywhere just to find the option on changing music. For now these will be a meh for me and i cant return them since im passed return period.

Never got to test them out. Best buy send my refurbished pai with no ear tips. They did promptly send a hole replacement. They said they couldnt just send ear tips for them. Well the replacement came, and same thing. NO EAR TIPS. that was it. It was clearly stated on the item description. So just ask before you buy, but still no guarantee.

Perfect condition, would recommend buying these instead of new.

My son liked my ear buds and wanted a new set for xmas. So got him the same ones I have. I'm sure he'll love them.

They work awesome and got a heck of a deal. Always buy earbuds at Best Buy.

Sound quality and everything is good, but they do not stay in my ears. They fall out far too easy. Even just sitting still they eventually just fall out. Ive tried all the different plug sizes and it always ends in the same result. Also, just not the most comfortable earbuds. I cant lay on my side and use them, it hurts my ears. As far as technology goes, they are fantastic. But i cant use them feels like a big waste of money.

This is my second pair and i swear by them. I have tried other brands of varying prices and these are far superior.

Awesome sound, as for me, the only thing that matters the most. The assembly feels resistant and soft to touch.

Overall they are great. Love the features and connectivity with my galaxy but i feel like battery life is lacking. Not sure if its because they are refurbished or not.

All things considered, these are pretty decent ear buds. I bought refurbished ones to save a little money, and aside from them being a tiny bit tinny every once in a while, they work very well.

Daughter loves them. Referb looked brand new. It included the original packaging and all materials.
