Did not come with all accessories that was describe. They wanted me to send the both packages (ear buds) back to them and wait another 2 weeks to see if the new package has all the parts... no thanks

Refurbs come with problems. Won't charge. Terrible purchase. Don't buy them.

Noise cancelling and battery life are average.....

Ridiculous that consumers are stuck in a proprietary war of greed. Going to return these because I'm not getting rid of my apple phone. I wanted to update my old galaxy buds but they won't support these newer ones on the app for iOS users. Thanks for wasting my time. My money will be going elsewhere.

Came without the little platic/rubber earbud pieces

For the first couple of weeks, these worked great and I was happy with the purchase. Come week three the right ear bug started making a high-pitched sound and wouldn't go away. When I took the earbuds to Best Buy they told me there was nothing they could do because I purchased them more than two weeks ago. Now the left earbud is giving me issues with the sound quality. I am very disappointed.

Horrible so far because unfortunately I haven’t received the product yet. Placed order around April 22 and to this day no progress. Please provide me a replacement as I have waited a long time and gave my trust to Best Buy.

They work i think. But they didnt come with ear tips. Now i have to buy some. 3rd time reviewing this

Ear tips were missing. Refurbished means checked and completed.

Good sound but they are came off very often is no comfortable especial when you are working

I loved my first pair, then they wouldn't interfacevwith my phone!

Thought it was defective but after other reviews think it's just a bad product. Sometimes could get it to connect to my phone on bluetooth my computer once. Never would connect to the samsung app so was neve able to configure them and the sound was terrible. $30 amazon pair better and better noise canceling.

Ordered online came incomplete with no charger or ear pads. Also ear bids were not factory reset as when i went to try and pair it said Matthew ear buds. Went to return to store and was told thay theu do not refund shipping charges. I will never buy online from Best Buy again as they seen to think refurbished means throw it in a shipping box and send it.

Does not bring medium hear attachments, It doe snot work very well for me, either too small or too large, Audio quality is ok, not really dramatically better than the previous version

They were difficult to use, the right side crapped out and they were not clean. There was earwax on one of them and I returned them.

The item was incomplete missing parts. 3 different times that I had to replace the order the person that help me with the retuns told the solution was to by the missing parts for about $50.00 xtra dollars I think? That was the only solution he gave . So I just gave up. And I didn’t purchase anything.

This item was given as a Christmas present which I made the mistake of not opening until right before I wrapped it (a few days before Christmas). The ear buds appeared to be chewed on as there were small bite marks all over them. After trying them out it was clear the left ear bud did not function whatsoever. Had to go through the trouble of taking them back and waiting for a refund. Will not purchase Best Buy’s refurbished items again.

Warning: The "Geek Squad" re-cetrtified refurbished headphones come without the standard medium eartip, renderring the product useless. In box small & large eartip only.

Buyer beware. 6 months later, and I'm having sound issues and trying to file a warranty claim, and it's not going so well.
